Benassi does have a point though. Mostly everybody on these forums are ugly tools who still lack common social skills. It's easy to talk a big game online and some people post WAYYY to much to actually have a social life.

With that being said. I am favoring starting a relationship with a girl even though I have other options. I mean why the hell not, it's good to actually commit to somebody and feel the same way as they do. Despite what this website preaches to always be uncaring and cool... people actually do have emotions and it's human to enjoy and want to be in the company of a partner.

If you find someone else you like more? Dump your original girl and get with the new girl, no serious reprucussions.

Commiting in high school isn't that serious.

A truly long, enjoyable relationship at the HS level is rare I think. The girls get bored really quickly and find someone new to date at least once a year, if not much more frequently, like this one girl I knew who had a new bf every 6 months. But you're exactly right, don't become really emotionally attached at the beginning or you are setting yourself up for being "hurt", as they like to say. Girls break hearts more than guys do.
