Tips to deal with the Psychos

How does one generally deal with psycho ex's? I know the restraining order is a good place to start.

Are we talking about psycho ex-bf's of girls you are seeing, or psycho girls that you used to see in the past?

An ex that I had to next. She wanted me to be a friend after things ended but to me she not only was lacking in qualaties of a girlfriend but also as someone I would associate with.

A couple of suggestions

Why don't you just tell her not to call you anymore, no regrets and no explanations -OR- take her out somewhere and act AFC, but flirt and pick up other women while your out, she may get mad and try to lure some new guy in. It could backfire though.

I'm up for your first suggestion. I don't think I could stomach number two. Trick here is that I dumped any way of contacting her.
