Tips Section has dried up. Why?

I've noticed that the Tips Section has been close to abandoned for a while now, with most activity going on in General Discussion and Mature Man.

My theory is that the community is rapidly changing and getting away from simple pickup techniques and and getting more serious about designing a successful life and developing the inner man.

Thoughts?

I think in general its a lot more discussion and a lot less field work here. I think you get good tips from people getting out there and trying things. Not from sitting around debating on looks and other mundane stuff. I think if you see more field reports you might see more tips.

Because people are more concerned with having their immediate and specific problems solved. Guys used to come on here and discipline themselves to learn the techniques, so they wouldn't have so many problems to begin with.

We all used to come on here and talk about our situations, and there was a lot of support, but there wasn't much tolerance for people who repeatedly did AFC sh!t without showing signs of improvement.

When you're improving, you get epiphanies, and you post your thoughts and ideas in Tips. We had real discussions, and flinging insults back and forth wasn't tolerated to the extent it is now. I looked at some of those old threads yesterday, and I can't believe the difference.

Although I have my doubts, I hope we can get back to the way it was. Those guys really knew their sh!t. This forum did me a world of good back then, and I could use that quality of advice now. I see that a lot of guys here could.

It could be that my worst fear is coming true. Perhaps all the whining about how much looks matter and desperate attempts to convince everyone else of the same is finally starting to pay off. If guys are buying into this nonsense, then obviously there is no point in seeking out "tips" and so they stay out of that section of the forum.

That's just a theory, though.

I've been said that, since I got here that experience is were it's at
you can read the bible till your black and blue, but it won't mean anything unless you apply it's teaching to your own life.

Too many guys come on here now looking for a "magic pill" to fix a problem with a girl and relationship that's en route breakupville, USA, or some Oneists situation which may be unsalavagble.

I wish I could read more success stories on here about guys who are not only doing well with the ladies, but at the gym, with business, with life, with their spirituality etc
