I see a lot of guys on here who are in situations where they have a chance with a girl, but they don't escalate with her due to some excuse they invent to make it a less than perfect experience for her. Alcohol is a common one, but there are others, like it being in a car, on a first date, after a breakup, whatever. Many guys are afraid of "taking advantage" of a girl.

This mindset shows a misunderstanding of how women think. Obviously, women don't like to be seen as slvts, thus all of what is on this site about "ASD" and getting around that. When you take advantage of her, it gives her an excuse as to why she is not a slvt. She will just put the blame on you, but surprisingly, not in a way that hurts your future chances with her. Women are actually flattered that you desire them enough to take advantage of them; it relates to the self-esteem issues that almost every women has.

The last time I went on a first date, the girl drank a pitcher of sangria then took me back to her place. She told me several times that we were not having sex because she was drunk and it was a first date...and then we did...a lot.

I "took advantage" of her, and she loved it. We went out a few more times, before I started seeing two other girls, and she also sent me a message on facebook yesterday asking how I was doing. Being "nice" to a girl, to me at least, means giving her what she wants. And a lot of women want you to take advantage of them. That's why they got drunk in the first place, or otherwise put both of you in that position.

Women like sex, but they don't like being seen as slvts. Having a scapegoat is an effective form of ASD. They blame the booze, the situation, their ex, you, or anyone else so that they don't have to admit that they simply wanted to get laid.

I said this in another thread in regard to alcohol and I need to repeat it here: obviously I am not advocating that you date rape some puking drunk chick. I have seen guys like that, and they are sad AFCs. Girls who are falling down, stumbling, puking, pissing themselves drunk should not be attractive. You have issues if they are.

But a moderate amount of alcohol is not the same thing. She had those drinks so that the next day she could save face with her friends by blaming her escapades with you on the drinking. She wants you to take advantage of her, and if you don't give a woman what she wants, she will find another man who will.

Women like being able to blame something other than themselves for things they do that they aren't 100% proud of. I think in my psychology 101 class we called this "cognitive dissonance." There's another thread floating around here (I think it's called "b1tches getting blasted") that links to a news story about women and accidental pregnancies.

The narrative of one woman's story starts when she wakes up hungover, having had unprotected sex the night before. That's really the way this woman likes to see the story, where she wakes up hungover, as if someone else got drunk and slept with this guy the next before, and now she wakes up, Quantum Leap style, and has to deal with the consequences. Oh boy!

Took me a some time to learn this, but absolutley the truth. They do not want to feel like a slut because our world has raised them to beleive that they are a slut for having sex. When a man advances and unless the girls absolutley says NO or I will not have sex with you, Then you are free to escalate, I notice this trend alot becuase after I had sex with three diffrent girls i felt like i was taking advantage of them and felt a slight guilt (they were too drunk was my biggest) .

A party i was at over the weekend, I met up with a girl for our fourth day, She had gotten tippsy and was mouthing the words **** ME UP STAIRS, i took her upstairs and she completly would not escalate, So i did taking her pants off panties shirt, she did not resist but would not escalate either. The next morning same thing but sober and she loved it. Secretly every girl wants to be taken advantage of by a guy she finds attractive, its a turn on, and an excuse for why sex happend.

Actually, this isn't correct. In some states this could land you in jail for rape. Some jurisdictions require affirmative consent. That means she has to give you something more than just doing nothing and allowing it. See 129 N.J. 422.

I agree with the OP. Chicks get drunk so they don't have to face the stigma. See it all the time most in college aged chicks, but older ones do it too. Hence why "girls night out" is such a danger to relationships. They get drunk, let loose, and next thing you know "I was drunk" or "one thing led to another". No, she just wanted a tryst and happened to get caught, but the booze/situation gives her a scapegoat for her misdeeds.

You'll note that I think the "affirmative consent" laws are retarded. The jurisdictions that require at least a no are much more realistic.

Second, as a lawyer, the OP should know that this is a danger situation that would lead to rape. She could cry rape easily because she was under the influence of alchohol and couldn't make a coherent decision. So yes why don't u guys tell the judge, "But women love being taken advantage of." Hope that holds up in court.

Agreed. Maybe when chicks have drunk sex and then cry wolf, I mean rape, the police charge both parties if they were both drinking. It'd be the fast track to stopping the sexist favoritism bs. Basically start following the frakking logic. Only then will we start gutting all the sexism against men in the legal system. It's a lot like the sexing crap going on with kids sending nudie pics. The kids are getting charged with child porn and getting registered as sex offenders. It won't be long until this is put to a stop because of how ridiculous it all is. Same would likely happen when both parties are charged in drunk sex claims.
