all in all, not a bad day, did eye contact every time I was talking or looking at someone. Had a soccer game tonight and now my leg hurts like hell after getting kicked in the back of the leg, oh well. If I can just start doing my pushups and situps, I"ll have a complete day.

reason I put procrastination in red complete today was because of an unexpected schedule change at school. I was going to start studying tonight anyway, but my quiz that was gona be on wedneday got switched up with some other events this week. So, unexpected events are making it a slight cramming sorta thing.

edit: failed masturbation, but went out and ran.

One of the best days so far, and I have discovered the secret to avoid masturbation. KEEP YOURSELF BUSY! I was all over the place all day, most of the morning and afternoon, at school, came home for an hour and did homework, left for a 3 hour soccer practice, went out for dinner with some friends on the team, then came back home and did more homework. And now I'm going to bed, goodnight
