Comments on the day: overall not to bad, didn't do anything to further my goal of finding a job to better my people skills or entrueprenial skills(sp?). All I did was mention it to a friend of mine. Had snow and I was busy all day, so I wasn't able to get soccer in, but I did get the guitar. I've figured out that eye contact is alot harder to get than I thought. It seems like almost know one will look at you, or is that just me?

So far so good, took off the practicing sports and guitar, realized that that is something that I should really be trying to enjoy, not just to practice. So I took it off.

Did actually discuss jobs with my business educationt eacher today, so that's one step towards that goal. Put more effort into eye contact, but only got 3-4 I think. Amazing how many highschoolers are off in their own little worlds.

Day 3

F*** F*** F***

WHY THE HELL CAN'T I ACCOMPLISH THIS?

Sorry bout that, just had to vent. Anywya, I think I have the same problem as AFK, thinking that if I screw up, I'll get another chance. Well I won't!!!! time to go 30 days, evaluation at the end, will I pass, or will I fail?

It starts NOW: February 11th, 2005 at 4:31 pm. No masturbation for a month. Period. I will accomplish this, If I don't...There are no second chances in life.
I must not fail!

Ok so:
-no masturbation/porn
-no procrastination and I must study for tests in advance.
-EC whenever I'm around people.
-workout routine, just do it.

This is my vow, I shall not fail.

Masterbating is good for you. Who drempt up this fallacy that if you beat off you will be bad with women? IF YOU ARE GOING THRU PUBERTY YOU WANT TO BEAT OFF EVERY DAY!!! It preps your body to mature into a a ver ysexual creature with a high rate of testosterone production.

Sure. If you get in a fight every week during puberty then by the time you are finished your body will have deposited way more calcium in your bones, and that trend will generally continue throughout life.

Why would sex be any different? I started beating off before puberty - and I continued all thru puberty - and now my 2ndary sex characteristics (facial hair, deep voice, muscles) are equivilant to that of a man 4-7 years older than me.

Puberty is the bodies time to fortify itself against the enviornment so that it can survive without the protection of the parents. What you do during that time influences what you will fortify yourself against. Genes play a HUGE role... but like most things, you do exercise a small ammount of control.

This information is derived from a few specials i have seen on human development on TV, from direct facts I have learned in anatomy (a 200 level collge class), and inferences I have drawn by simply observing and interacting with people.

Who said that beating off is healthy? Noone said it will kill you or your masculinity if you do it. But just cuz you feel like it doesn NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. It kills your drive to mate, and theres a difference between feeling like beating it and working on getting with that hot little blonde on the other side of the room. Id rather save my wrist the trouble.

By the by, its ok if you fail now and then, its a process. Keep at it and it will become a healthy routine.:D

8. Work on homework as soon as it's given, don't procrastinate on projects-complete
9. eye contact/saying hi to at least 10 people everyday, preferably strangers/hot girls-failed Only ec'd and smiled one hot girl today, forgot about the rest of the day. But hey, I didn't even think about trying to do it, I just did.

I'm feelin really good right now, when walking out of the grocery store, made some very good eye contact with this girl I sorta know. Forgot her name while I was doing it so I didn't end up saying hi. But still, it was pretty nice I thought. Wasn't a whole lot else I could do considering my grandpa was right behind me and all.

Failed the masturbation part cus I woke at 3 in the morning and couldn't fall back asleep.

Try starting with a few less things, then progress to your original plan when you feel you're ready. It seems like your having a little bit of trouble with some of those.
