To summarise, I've been seeing a woman over the net for 4 months, and for the last 6 weeks, the rot really seems to have set in. Communication has dropped right off and so forth.
She is still not speaking to me. like a typical woman, she made a big song and dance about having to tell me something important and calling me, yet she didnt bother. Essentially, she arranged to chat to me twice over the net, and both times didnt bother. The first time she provided me with a bullsh!t excuse, the second time she didnt even bother supplying one.
She barely e-mails me, and its getting to me now. it was so full on in the beginning, and now its just faded away to nothing. Tonight has torn it, she can update her blog or whatever, but can't be arsed to send me an e-mail, something has to give. If I wasnt engaged to this girl, I would dump her in a second, however, as we;'re engaged, its more complicated.
What Im thinking about is giving her an ultimatum:
Things cannot go on like this. You are STILL not bothering to talk to me, despite me making every effort to contact you. You don't chat to me, you barely write, e-mail or call, and to be honest, its driving me mad. Things cannot go on like this. I ahve told you time and time again about the effect this is having on me, and despite some promises to the contrary, you STILL insist on carrying on as if everything is ok, when it clearly isnt. Your actions lately belye a massive lack of respect for me and the effort I am putting into this relationship. I'm giving you a choice, either you make much more of an effort to contact me from now on, and keep up that effort, or its over between us. I never wanted it to come to this, but your actions are leaving me no choice.
Is this the right way to go about this, or should I try something different.
Whats putting me off just dumping her is that:
a: Im engaged
b: She's flying over in January
c: I;ve just forked out loads for an engagement ring.
so any help at all would be awesome.
