Does anyone know when the body is in a time of OPTIMAL sexual arousal?
It seems to me that right after a workout, I'm actually not as sexually driven as let's say the next day. Also, I've been MOST horny during periods where I've gone without working out for a couple days or so.
It's ironic to me because I would assume that working out (heavy) would INCREASE my T-Levels and hence drive my sexual arousal up during that time period.
OR, does it go more in a cycle?
