What should I do with the empties? Can I return them for the deposit without being suspicious or should I just throw them away?

Yeah, you should be able to return the empties without a problem, just tell them you're dad told you clean out the garage and you could return the empties. Just make sure you go somewhere, where you wont run into anybody you know, because they might catch on.

you hide the empty bottles in a trash bag and then you make one of your buddies take them to a dumpster on their way out.

but seriously, no drinking and driving, take their keys away when they get there and make them stay the night.

we had more successful parties when it was just 5 or 6 people. nothing got broken, nothing got puked on that couldn't be cleaned up on time, etc.

however, keep in mind that your parents were not just born yesterday and will eventually figure out there was a party and your butt will be toast.
ENJOY!

I had 5 people over last weekend and we drank in my room...my mom was home and everything but I told her we were just playing video games. I am pretty sure I can pull this party off.

There are a lot of "throwing a party" threads. That offer the same advice. I did a search in the HS forum and got plenty of hits. Next time use the search function.
