Thoughts on younger chicks who are extremely flirty towards you

Now I know it could be also possible AWing but there's a younger chick at my part time (new, been there like a month) who is pretty openly flirty with me though waaay too young for me to go after. (chick is pretty damn hot though) but I'm going to pawn her off to the younger dudes who work there.

1) I know she doesn't know my real age.

2) I walk around and BS with different people right off the bat when I met her by talking to other associates in her area she was smiling at me constantly, made direct strong eye contact, laughed and smiled at everything I said, and even followed me walking next to me as I went to look at new clothes. (she wasn't helping me but rang me up while blushing, looking down, continuing to smile, fixing her hair and kept talking etc.)

I haven't been near her area in about a month since but when I was walking with another male co-worker she saw me, smiled WIDE and walked over asking me where I'd been. Then kept talking, smiling, looking directly at me, and eventually asking me if I was going out the other night. (I said no as the hurricane was coming and she said oh you should be more adventurous.) She was also supposed to meet a group of us out a week ago but everyone flaked out at the last minute as did I.

When I told her no (the other night not when we all never went out) I'm not going out she said: Well I guess I'll see you around then.

The question I'm wondering is besides obvious AW's, and the BPD that everyone loves to fling around here has any of you ever experienced a chick flirting with you a little "too" much?

Possibly because she's new.

Possibly because she might be an AW.

Possibly she wants orbiters.

My take from what I've seen is she not only wants orbiters (though she may find me attractive as well) but the strong flirting almost came off as a young chick looking for a "challenge" and trying to "break" me to her "cuteness".


Just looking for opinons or advice. I'm going to pawn that chick off to a younger dude. She's literally not even half my age.

LMAO. Dude the chick is like 20 i'm guessing. I found it pretty odd as both times she was pretty hardcore flirting with me and when I walked away to look at stuff and left the other dude talking with her she was looking at me while I was looking at new clothes.

I'm thinking she may just be the time to "game" dudes into "liking" her and playing the numbers game. I highly doubt I'm the only one she's acted like that towards...

I have an 18 year old sister and her friends hit on me and flirt with me 24/7. Am I going to act on it? If I want to **** them sure lol...but if you really look at this broad and see her as a little girl, then just take it with a smile and pass her along to the younger dudes.

The purpose of the thread was just seeing if other dudes had chicks hit on them pretty strongly and what came of it or thoughts on it. (especially those with a pretty big age gap.)

Coming from a guy who is in the age group you would consider "young", I'm a tad mixed on this. Most of the girls I know who are 19-25 don't generally pay much attention to to 40+ men. I've seen a lot of them get turned down rudely and deemed as creepy. Is that to say it never happens? No. I've seen a few of these girls date older men, but just like anything else I think there's a lot of variables involved. Are you an older man that's successful and looks like George Clooney?..You'll probably get a lot of attention. If you look like Zach Galifianakis probably not so much. I also can't help but think a lot of these girls have daddy issues or somewhat loony. All I know is that when I'm older I'll be banging younger girls but will never settle down with one. Too much drama.

I've dated like 26-25. Had a few 23-up y.o's flirt with me pretty consistantly. I look pretty young for my age. I could tell people don't know my real age as most guess 30 or i've gotten a lot of 27. Either this chick has no idea how much older I am or gets off on trying to have dudes be on her sh1t. I could almost feel her wanting me to ask for her number and to hang out with her last night.

Plus the fact a lot of the younger dudes hang around me and we've gone out at times and I don't "act" like a 43 yo but pretty care free and with it. Plus I'm always dressed in the latest fashionable clothes as I get TONS of stuff from my part time for dirt cheap after sale, coupon, my employee discount..Even going out I could easily pick up much younger chicks.

I think she just thinks I'm younger than I am and she's also "intrigued" by the fact I'm not like dudes who probably trip over themselve to "Get with" her.

Who knows. I can't go with a chick that young especially one I work with and being I'm known all over that store (most know my true age as I tell them) that sh1t would NOT be a good look. Legal age or not.

I get called handsome at least once a day by a different chick that works there or flirted with. Perhaps it's "safe" employee flirting. Gotten asked more than a few times if I had a girlfriend by different chicks, why not? Are you married? etc.

It's a good feeling but let's get real. Who the hell on this forum would go after a much younger chick at work ESPECIALLY if you are well known in the place or in a social circle? Nice to say "Go for it" but reality is a completely different situation than BSing online.

Um, what am I missing here? I know that in the US we are mainly ageist orientated (as opposed to say Middle East/Asia/Eastern Europe), but this woman is 20 years of age. The age difference thing to me is complete BS. She is legal and obviously wants you so...

The only thing I agree with in previous posts is the work clash matter. I dont like getting involved with women in my workplace.

I thought the same thing. Funny thing is we were all supposed to go out a week ago and it got cancelled. When I saw her the other night I said: "Oh look who it is!" While she was dead staring at me and smiling as I was walking near her area with another co-worker. She said: Where have you been? And I replied: Uhm doing my thing in my department. Then I said to her so: When are we going out? (She must've took it as I was asking her out) and said "We are?" While lowering her head but looking up in my eyes and smiling. (Now I would have thought off the bat it would mean she thought I was asking her out and she wasn't interested in that but flirting only but..) I told her no all of us. I thought we were all going out? She said oh yea I don't know what happened.


Then about 10 minutes later she asked me directly (while alone) What are you doing tonight? And I said I'm going the hell home after I get out of this nut house. And she said "You should go out." I said nah. She said: You should be adventurous. Almost hinting at me to get her number and go out that night or "meet up" somewhere. I said nah I'm going home. Then a few minutes later after getting my stuff she said: Well I guess I'll see you around. And I said later and left.

Now if she was a customer I'd probably say F it. But co-worker and me being well known in the place as well as my age and her being 20 looking like 18....Can't go there.

Too young for me personally and most likely an AW looking for orbiters and a little "hooked" as to why I'm not after her like I'm sure many other dudes are.
