Man it's been going on for half a year now, if not more. And this is what all of my recent posts have been about.
Im all lost in life.

* I can't concentrate

* I can't look people in the eyes without getting dizzy

* I have difficulties understanding what people are saying in conversations because I can't concentrate. I concentrate more on "shyt I cant look the person in the eyes im getting all dizzy, I gotta look somewhere else"

* I have difficulties thinking generally. Like planning my economy, planning my future etc.

* I can't remain focused when i read something etc.

* When something important is about to happen, I can't realize it actually has happened, like when I finished my military service a week ago. I wasn't happy, I'm still not, But I SHOULD BE?!

Man this really scares me. I try hard to treat it everyday, to return to my "previous self", but I CAN'T! I FVCKING CAN'T! It's like a huge part of me is dead which cannot be resurrected.

Is there anything I can do to restore myself? To regain my fvcking
consciousness?

I would appreciate all help fellas. Peace out

I've read pook's "if life seems hard and unhappy"

But it's like napoleon hill says, if you don't mix it with some "feelings and emotion" it can't reach your sub-conscious. And thats another one of my damn problems at the moment, I can't get any emotions into it, so I just read and can't put anything into action

man u seem too stressed out, try relaxing, go to the gym some times, do some yoga exercises and try not to think about how life is terrible for you in the moment, the more you think about it the worse you'll feel. try to build your life step by step but more importantly now go seek the help of a doctor and tell him about the concentration loss and try to join a gym/yoga classes. i think it will help you a lot

I go to the gym, i practice boxing 4 times a week, i eat healthy, i take vitamins, omega3, protein supplements etc, so thats not the problem. I feel good 30 mins after i've worked out but then i return to this fvcked up state again.

Alright lemme tell you bro.
Last summer I got with a girl. After 2 months she moved to chicago to study (I knew this but i still let myself into the trap, thinking I wouldn't develop such one-itis)

On the autumn later on, I started military service.
On the christmas vacation, i was in chicago for 3 weeks. By this time, I was all lost in life. So she broke up with me because I was acting so immature, didn't have no goals, and told me that I needed this because i needed to experience some difficulties in life in order to grow.

Now 4 months later I'm done with my military service, finished it last week.

Drugs: I've been smoking hash about 15 times since last summer, no drinking problems at all, i take 4-5 beers a month, and i've been consuming nicotine for 2 years. (cigs and that thing you put under your lip)

Ok this is a clue right here. When you train your body releases endorphins, which generally last a bit longer than 30 minutes unless there is a chemical embalance in your brain.

You might actually check with those punk doctors. Relief might be as easy as a small little pill.

If you can get something like ritalin on the black market try one and see if it improves your concentration 100%. Ritalin is what people with from mild to severe ADD use to keep their lives in order and balance.

I do believe in medication ... but I hate doctors.

I too couldn't concentrate ...
it took me 5 seconds to come up with an answer even to the simplest questions.

One doctor said that the muscles of one of my eyes are weaker than the others.
Apparently that means that it takes longer to focus on something
(other people for example) and that it is harder to keep focus.
When I'm tired this is worse ... getting dizzy is a part of this.
It could be something like that ... such things can drive you insane.

But my tip would be: do a search on antidepressant medication.
After 4 weeks of taking that stuff my brain is starting to work again.
It is a huge difference.
And I know a lot of people who need it just as much as I do.

I really don't wanna get into pills and stuff, i might get dependant on them to feel good all the time.
But what if there is something wrong with me, chemically, biologically? Maybe there's something wrong with my mind or body? Maybe my body produces femenine chemicals or something? Fvck no idea, is there any possibilites to check if you are "normal"? However you define normal

iv been in a similar situation not exactly but similar where i was too lazy and weak to do **** especially at 20, by the time i hit 21 reality kicked me in the ass and i changed. certain events might change you overnight. just cut of things that arnt improtant in your life.example like leaving this site or the internet for two months and focus on other things. stop watching tv regularly or turn it of for atleast few hours and switch it on when you wana see something you like. i used to waste time on the most useless **** when i could have been working out or reading a good book or travelling geting my **** together or whateva, youll get through it, i try as much as possible to never fall in that state again. but again if you are dizzy then you better see a doctor you might have some physcological problems, i know how it feels when youv acomplished something you wanted then when you do you say to your self is this wat life is about it sucks lol. but i think its a faze you will pass as time goes on hopefully, for me i just do things i always wanted to do and treat myself right do things that make me happy. again your issues sound different like a medical issue.

Probably your brain just doesn't work as it should any more.

Well ... I think I will always have to take pills.
They cost money ... but they don't have negative effects on the body
(you won't get addicted) and they might help.

Maybe you can take them for a while and if they help you can build up a kind of low-maintainance life!?

I know I don't want a therapy and I don't think you need one either ...
I only heard bad things about those.

I went to a neurologist ... first thing they did there was measuring the brain waves.
Yeah it does cost money.
But does it have to get even worse first?

Do you get enough sleep? My problem is that I'm tired all the time, so I can't concentrate, I can't really talk go girls that well, etc. I've been to a sleep doctor but that hasn't helped. I'm going back later though. I wish I could go out and try these DJ tips but I can't until I stop being tired.

Rapsta what you're experiencing is a result of a bad self image.

You think you can't concentrate so obviously when you read or hear people speak you won't be able to effectively concentrate.

This thread is sort of like a slight pain you get when you touch a part of your body however you keep touching that part of the body over and over just to remind yourself of the pain.

I believe "meditation" should be before "medication" of a mental problem.

Instead of saying "I can't concentrate, I can't concentrate" find a nice quiet spot, relax, close your eyes and think "I can concentrate, I can concentrate".

Self hypnosis does wonders to your mental state.

Remember...

As a man thinketh so is he - some wise man
