This Is Serious, What Would You Do If...

Ok, well here is how it goes and I want to know what you would do if you were in my situation. Friday after school my gf and one of her friends are walking home from school talking to another kid in there grade that they know. They pass his house and he ask them to step into the garage to finish the conversation since it is really cold here at times right now. Well he gets them in there and locks the door,(you must understand the girls are 12 and 13 and he is either 12 or 13). Before he will let them out he makes my gf flash him and give him a handjob. I am not sure what all the other girl had to do but I just found out today and am not sure what to do. I myself have three ideas.
A. Beat his face in
B. Just make his life a living hell
or
C. Have him charged as a sexual preditor.
I myself am falling towards B or C becuase the other girls BF is already out looking for him to beat his face in. What would you do if this was your situation? Im confused.

he wont go to prison cuz hes a minor, 12 - 13 .... but he will probably get a sexual harrasment and a restrainment order against him , and the possibility of getting thrown into juvy..... but that depends if the jury goes your way cuz the law isent always right.... he might get free.... and you and your girls ,who pressed charges , might be counterattacked , and people will say that u make up false **** , and your lives will be hell....

hmm its a big dilemma....

but heres what i would do....

first of all scare the **** out of him , and no i dont mean jump out of the bushes and scream booo, scare him by yelling at him , tell him you know what he tried to do to your gf , scream and **** at him.... then you tell the police or your parents, and tell them what kind of bastard he is , then tell his parents , then u can tell the hole shcool that he is a sick bastard who wants to drag girls into his house lock them up until they give him a handjob.....

that will ruin his life..... for shure......
imo he deserves to have his life ruined , if he does those kind of **** at that age, think what he might do when hes older , maby try to rape someone next time....

They may be small kids, but he's their age too. Plus they have boyfriends, so they probably are not that inexperienced.

talk to the kid about it.. your gf and that other girl could be lying so they dont seem like sluts, or maybe they dont like the kid for another reason and are lying about it for that. take what a 12/13 year old girl says with a grain of salt imo. btw how old are you to be dating a 12/13 year old ?

Myself Im 16. Trust me the relationship is purely platonic. My g/f is 13 and it is going to stay platonic until she is 16. I do not think they are making it up, if they are they are really good liers. I do not know yet what is going to go down but I'll let you know for sure.

I agree with Kpocalypse. No offence, but if anything, it sounds like that 'being locked in' was an excuse made by your girlfriend. If this is true, this raises another question: why would your girlfriend tell you in the first place? There are two possibilities:


1. If you heard the story from someone else, confronted your girlfriend and she gave you that lock excuse, odds are she willingly did it.

2. If she was the one that told you first, she may not have done it willingly. If so, take ACTION! ie. either [B. Just make his life a living hell] or [C. Have him charged as a sexual preditor.]

To tell the truth, I don't think going to the police is going to make a big difference here. They may talk to him, but I highly doubt he will be charged unless it can be proven he did what he did.

Before you do anything, make sure the information you're acting on is accurate, or you may regret doing whatever you did.

I completely agree.

Being just a kid you can't really charge him with anything. But last time I checked most countries had some sort of child protection authority. This just isn't right. Do something about it. Have the kid put on ritalin in a foster home or something. Then you can go ahead with B.

go to your parents and her parents and tell them that even you dont touch your gf in that sort of manner and you are very concerned for her well being and pissed at this kid.

her parents are going to call up his parents and probally the police, who will ask questions.

if the guy really did it, it will come out and the police and her parents and his can come down on him. she can get a protection order or something if she feels scared of him.

if she is making it up, it will come out and the truth will hit the fan and you will know.

you have 2 goals. 1. did he do it or is she lying? 2. can he be punished if he did it or will you break up with her for doing it and then lying about what happened?

if he did it, he should be punished because no girl deserves this treatment and should learn to defend herself or take up for herself early on, and if he didnt do it, then no one beats his head in and your gf is not what you think and that needs addressing now.
