Think about this, how do you make friends? I bet you can't tell me, and I basically can't tell you either, why? Because it is such a natural process, you meet people, get to know them better, if you click you hang out more. Thats about as much as I can say, honestly I would love to see a site about "making friends" there is no game there, no technique.
Now, apply that to women, make it natural and normal, picking up a girl should be like making a new friend, it should be easy and fun. The more time you spend with women, the more you will learn to understand what they are all about, and your life will become natural and fun with no need for silly techniques.

Yes, just as I mentioned in my reply to your post. I won't spend time trying to deface henry and the other AFC, as they are obviously a waste of energy.

Basically the specific, almost robotic techniques are a start for people who have been so far socially programmed to ignore their masculity, and even if they relax and try to behave as men, they have difficulty finding enough confidence. The techniques are a form of stimulation to get you moving, gives you courage and an actual possibility of success, before you didn't even bother trying. It also helps with mindset, like intentionally "playing hard to get" teaches you to value yourself, while naturally we would never need to "play hard to get", because us as real men naturally value ourselves, we don't just hand our life's remote control to a girl we've just met! -- so we are hard to get naturally, without even knowing it.
