www.notmilk.com

The acupuncturist and herbologist that I go too has pretty much told me everything that I really didn't want to know (or did... but so hard to believe).

Even though I was going to stay away from dairy completely, just for a little while, I think I may now stay away from dairy for way beyond that little while. I don't know, feeling pretty confused.

Anyone heard of that website before? I mean... now I HAVE to pretty much take Creatine (sooner or later would anyway) and will buy L-glutamine as well. No more whey for me.

In hell. I'm Satan's lover.
They refer to themselves as activists and say milk causes zits?
I love the " STATUTORY RAPE SELLS MILK . Plus many bodybuilders drank more than two galleons of milk a day and don't get any of this.

I'm sticking to whey and milk thanks. Also their statistics are really off. In their article "Milk causes Racism" they state 95% of black people are lactose intolerant" but according to Lactose and Lactase, Norman Kretchmer, Scientific American, October, 1972 anything over 75% is an utter lie.

This site reminds me of all those Christian fundamentalist sites.

milksucks.com is a similar site run by peta.

Organic is the way to go for dairy. Some other organic products like produce, I can't tell the difference, but after switching to organic milk, cottage cheese, and yogurt, the 'normal' cheap stuff is disgusting.

Also, dairy products from an EU country or New Zealand are also of similar quality to organic, imo, because they don't use mass antibiotics or hormones like many US dairy producers.

Indeed, for anything.

That site said to lay off the dairy for at least a week, and you'll notice a difference. Well I hope so. Today is day 1 for me actually.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

While I think milk is great for fast weight gains, I don't use it anymore. Not very healthy in my opinion (food allergies, acne, insulin,...)

Milk and dairy is too damn expensive to begin with.

I bought a pound of pepperjack the other day for $4. This was one of the cheapest cheeses. I'm better off going to buy a pound of steak for $4 as far as digestibility, fat content (that i WANT), and protein content go.

...
oh hey since i'm thinking of it... i keep looking at nuts in the store too.. everyone here is always saying "eat nuts!" But those damn things cost more than freakin meat! I did find that they sell walnut oil though... is that healthy? It's priced about the same as olive oil.. good change of pace?

What am I suppose to dunk my Oreos in?
lol

Well, great to hear more responses on this. Yes dairy is becoming really expensive, especially the Organic Fat Free Milk I always bought (which I don't anymore of course).

I guess I have until the upcoming weekend to see a difference, any difference (a week's time as said on the site).

My biggest concern is protein though. That doctor told me to just eat, don't load up on protein.
