Ok here's something i got. Read it somewhere but dunno whether this is part of NLP or whatever. You personify that pvssy part of you that's afraid to approach. Just imagine a character, or better yet you, a DISGUSTINGLY AFC VERSION OF YOU with a hunched over posture without a milligram of testosterone. Or the person u used to be and now hate. Picture him in your head clearly NOW. Now whenever you're about to approach and that sudden fear kicks in personify this fear as "you" coming up and saying to the real you: "Hey, TC, she'll think you're a stalker!" or "You're not handsome enough for her." or whatever.
Then goddammit you FVCKING SHOUT at the AFC you, "YOU FVCKING AFC DUMBASS! SHUT THE FVCK UP U PATHETIC PIECE OF PVSSY SH*T AND GROW A PAIR WHILE I'LL SHOW U HOW IT'S DONE."
All this in your head of course, but loud enough to make your balls shake. Then you approach.
Ok now i just thought about the opposite. Like imagine the future successful you after 4 years in the gym freakin buff in stylish clothes and now scoring chics like mad. Or one of those pimpin' jocks from your high school. When u get approach anxiety picture the new you smiling at you and saying "Awww TC, go jack off to her once you get home". Then picture the new you approaching her immediately and after a while F-closing her with her moaning like mad. This should get the real you fvcking pissed and approaching. Try it and letme know if this goes well!
Oh yeah and if she doesnt give you your number etc, shout at the pathetic you "Haha I approached, I'm improving, I'm achieving, I'm on my way. And you? Well now you've got a sore right hand!"
