I work in this one store, and there's always guys staring at me.
Well I was at work today, and I could barely stay focused becasue my boyfriend's birthday is tomorrow and I'm taking him on a big date!

While finishing up for the day, I looked outside to make sure it wasn't raining, and I saw this guy that always stares at me.
OMG He's the biggest creeper! Three years ago he just walked up to me and asked me on a date, what a creeper, who does that?
Anywayz today he stared me down again, like he thinks he's the ****, then he blows me a kiss!

I don't understand, I turned him down, and gave him the meanest cold shoulder, and I havn't given him any suggestions, why is he coming on to me again? It's like he has a radar or something, everytime I'm in eyesight, he stares at me. He creeps me out, and I can't quit though becasue my job pays well.

He looks even bigger and scarier than before! I hope he has a change of heart and forgets about me and just leaves me alone.

Yeah, but if the guy suddenly pulled a 360 and started doing well with other girls in front of you then you'd magically get pissed and become interested in him all the sudden.

To clarify: No I am not the girl from the store nor am I LoneSilver.

I was trying to get you to see a posssible perspective of the girl from an unbiased point of view. It seems like nobody connected two and two and realized that.

You were supposed to realize after reading and analyzing the girls situation that it was a satire of LoneSilver's post.

No wonder you guys are having trouble with girls, you can't even handle a little satirical humor.

Back to LoneSilver, You have the right attitude, but don't get your panties in a bunch when she turns you down again. You're doing good so don't let your confidence up. My first post explains everything else.

For everyone else: Eye contact is very important, but it does not always mean she's interested in you. As you saw in the hypothetical case, it's likely she's just looking at him becasue she remembers, or she saw him looking at her first.

Girls will always look at you when you walk into a room, notice the way they look at you, and you can usually tell their interest level. For instance, watch her expression as she looks away, if there's no change, she's probably not interested. If she smiles slightly, or gives a fake smile, she might be flattered or taken aback by your attention, if she smiles then she likes what she sees.
Don't read too much into this though, not all girls behave the same way, and the girl that shows no interest at first may be the one you land.

I have been reading along on this message board for awhile now, and it seems like a lot of guys are reading too much into things, and are too concerned about what to do next.
Loosen up a little, and follow your instincts. Don't think is this AFC or not, because there are no set rules that always work.
Girls are people, and they all behave a little different. Act natural, and be yourself, if she's interested in who you are, then she will respond. If not there is no magic formula to gain her interest.
