It was at work. She somehow knows my name but I don't know hers. What should I do now. I have zero experience with this sort of thing.

"Hi, I'm sorry but I don't know your name."

"Susan."

"Hi Susan, nice to meet you."

Talk with her. Have a two-way conversation. Don't worry about pick-up. Just interact.

is that a good sign when someone says hi to you that doesn't really know you?

it means they're friendly. friendliness is always a good sign.

but romantic? not necessarily, unless you know how to escalate an interaction to a romantic level.

i suggest the DJ bootcamp.

scroll down a bit. you'll see it.

it's an 8 week personal bootcamp program. in my opinion, it's the next best thing to paying for a taught bootcamp.

and be sure to post questions here. everyone will be happy to help.

oh, and in 8 weeks, do me a favor and don't ****block me :)

not reading - going out and approaching women! one approach is worth a lot of reading.

but read too, of course.

Yeah girls saying hi and bye to you doesn't really mean anything. Many girls say those things to me at school and all I means is that we aren't strangers.

But it's a good ground to work with. You got to do the rest.

My bed, your girl.
If a girl says hi to you, it usually means she wants to be friends.

You don't know what to do huh?
Well try starting with saying hi to her like she does to you.

Don't just sit there thinking, go act!

I'm always speaking to women at work. It's the best place to practice on them in a low risk environment. Hey, she knows you have a job!

Just go over and say hello and ask what she does and mention that you see her around. Say nothing about being attracted. This can get you in some trouble. If you can muster the strength, ask her out for a lunch and make it a business lunch.

Hell, I've got a real hottie from work coming over to my house Monday with some of my work friends. I'm going to convo her like crazy. It may come to nothing but it's a great way to practice some neutral stuff. I'm good at convo but I could always use the practice.

Ya just be yourself and try and keep cool about it.. shes only said hi to you so who cares if shes not interested or anything...

Ask her what she does at the store.. Said she worked there right? talk about your break times and ask her for some lunch or something to get away from work for a while.

people are conditioned to say "hi" in most societies on earth. the only society on earth that i know of where people might not say "hi" to you is called american high school. that is one f**** up place. pretty much everywhere else you will get your standard "hi" and maybe even a "how are ya doing?" at the very least, people should acknowledge your presence with a slight knod or smile.

girls hit on me all the time. different ones do it in different ways. some are extremely shy and clumsy around you. some act a bit scared. others are a bit more forward but they still look and act nervous. i prefer the shy clumsy ones. last week i had a girl's mother introduce me to her daughter. that was cool. the more nervous they appear around you the better. that is a sure sign. i don't believe in the dj crap about attacking everything that moves. if you play your cards right you should be able to get what you want without being creepy and desperate.
