Off on a tangent...

I was browsing through my old english text from high school the other day. It said that there will be more hispanic people living in California than white people in 2010. Any truth to this?
I haven't heard of that one but the hispanics are gonna have a HUGE population by 2050

Maybe you're just a loser because in my circle there are parties every night. :)
You can find a party anywhere you want every night jackass, doesn't make it a party town. I don't even live there right now anyways.

So Cal
Capt.Jack Sparrow Constant 71 degreees!?
Thats BS
In spring all the way through fall its usually in the low 80s, Peaks up to the mid 90s in may-april, than 100's during the summer
I only like winter.. its nice and cool
I'll cut in cause I dont want you thinking its gonna be in the 100's if you mive to LA, Orange Co, or Diego. Thats not true. This guy lives in the Valley. Places like Glendale, fontana,Burbank, N. Hollywood is not LA. It's easily 10 degrees hotter out there in a desert type of environment and I hate that chit. LA down to diego it ranges from 70's-to the high 80's usually with a nice cool breeze. And at night its almost chilly to us Californians.

Also San Diego/ Orange Co is more relaxed and chill mentality, as in LA is very high pase and on the grind type of place. You can seriously get paid in LA, as you can in the other cities but in LA the mentaly is kinda more business networking, who are you type of place. Diegos more like just chill, hang out and have a drink, chill at the beach all day mentality.

Also, I agree Please dont come here, please LOL

Some awesome responses guys

I've heard LA is a business type of town and I'm not really interested in that fast paced loaded traffic enviroment. I'm not an actor or singer and I'm not that flashy with money so i'll pass. Sedona sounds pretty good, but when I think of wine country I worry about too many old folks. San Diego does seem to be where it's at but with all the renovations it's gone under it seems a little pricey for me since I'll be going out there starting at 45K a year. However I am more into that laid-back scene (I've lived in Boston for 24 years, I NEED someplace laid back) and I guess San Diego's good for that. I'll do more research on SD.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

California sucks. Out of the fifty states, it'd probably be the last state where I'd want to live. Actually Hawaii would be worse, as you're land-locked, I can't afford a boat, and I hate getting on an airplane (I'd rather drive everywhere, regardless of the distance). Plus even if I could afford a boat I'm not sure if I could stock enough fuel to get from Honolulu to LA.

OK, so I don't live there. But, my father grew up in Bakersfield during the 50s and 60s. In the 70s he attended UCLA, where he met my mother. They both agree that LA is a dirty filthy place. It's also crowded and expensive.

It was in 1981 when he emigrated from CA to Central IL. I visited there with my father in 1994, when his mother was still alive and was living in Inglewood. It didn't seem that great, though I recall that he took me to Disneyland and we were there for 11 hours (I don't want to think how much money he spent on me).

Crowded and expensive? No thanks. As an only child I admit that I like to take up a lot of space.

I'd rather move east or south.
