Alright, dude, he was just trying to make conversation. Yeah, maybe he was being a little awkward about it, but you were being rude and pissy to him for no reason.

Like when you said "You're cool." That was just a mean-spirited AMOG. WTF.

The part where it started getting a little weird was when he said "It is good you talk. I am glad you talk." That was pretty needy of him. You should have told him that what he just said was needy and tried to explain to him why neediness is bad and how he can get rid of it.

But instead, you just called him strange. He probably already holds that belief about himself, and you've just reinforced it. Good job.

Don't bother talking to any more guys who need help, because you obviously get off on the superiority trip and would rather have a laugh at their expense than actually try to help them.

I dont talk bad of people cause of how they look, but im simply giving a brief explanation of his constant negative attitude, you might not have the time to, but if you do consider how often he posts, i am to believe he possible has a 2nd username as he seems psycho to me, and probably posts with it and the one he has to make many posts but not having a large "post count".
