July 17 of 2017, Labcorp changed their normal testosterone range from :

Adult Male >18 years: 348 – 1197 ng/dL

to

Adult Male >18 years: 264 – 916 ng/dL

This is a huge problem for unaware people, anything below <400 is not a normal level off testosterone.

Dr Justin Saya an MD said :

It already pains me when a man presents to his traditional doc with all of the classic hypogonadal symptoms and a testosterone level of 370 ng/dL (with current range 348 - 1197) and is told he has "normal" testosterone levels and his problem lies elsewhere (such as a Prozac deficiency as opposed to Testosterone deficiency...sarcastic). Imagine now a man presenting with a testosterone level of 270 ng/dL and told the same?!?!

This is very very bad, I will post the solution below, please make an effort to educate people on this, here's the LABCORP STATEMENT : https://www.labcorp.com/assets/11476

Read this first : https://archive.is/SRfMp

Follow this then : https://archive.is/7vjtu

And then search, but be aware your testosterone should be

>700
>700

This is the magic number, PLEASE LISTEN TO ME, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE LETHARGIC, DEPRESSED OR FILL A BIG LACK OF ENERGY IN THE MORNINGS

ITS MOST LIKELY YOUR TESTOSTERONE!!

PLEASE GET IT CHECKED OUT!

Definitely, fix your T levels.

My 2017 story so far...
At the start of the year, I got into a gnarly ski accident that left me sedentary for six weeks. In that time, I got depressed and barely did any physical activity. I had no appetite. I lost ten pounds and an extra five pounds when my main plate went hot/cold on me during that recovery period and subsequently jumped branches. My face looked sunken in at the lowest weight and my skin color was gray, no bueno.

Fast forward to today July 26, 2017, I've gone from 136 lbs -> 158.8 lbs. I hit the gym hard af. I'm starting to give fewer fvcks and it feels awesome. I went from having zero interest level at social events to have more interest reciprocated from women. Unfortunately, it's not the good kind. These ladies are usually in "committed" exclusive relationships or married, lol.......

I'm loving life guys. I eat better and, generally, love the single life. Recovery has been helpful to my self-esteem. I found some good guys on this forum that have supported me in my physical recovery as well.

Bottomline: Hit the gym. Go hard. Improve your T levels. ;)

What is the reason of that? chemicals in the environent?
Estrogenics like BPA in plastic water bottles, soils depleted of iodine, magnesium and zinc. Some speculate mobile phones in front pocket can microwave your testicles.
Fast paced lives, elevated cortisol levels thus reduced T levels.
Sedentary lives, too much in the comfort zone. Feminism turning men into cuckolds.

I'm pretty sure men who live off the grid in the bush somewhere, with a shotgun and an axe fighting bears over salmon have pretty normal T levels.

It would be interesting to see in a correlated study what T levels are when incorporating a disciplined routine of meditation, prayer, and deep breathing to reduce those cortisol levels.

Have you heard of Wim Hof, aka the Ice Man?
He's been on Joe Rogan's podcast. You can find him on youtube, working with celebrities and athletes.

He has developed a routine of breathing exercises, meditation, and ice baths, proven in medical clinical trials to completely influence hormonal and inflammatory levels and markers.

I've been doing his breathing and meditation and cold showers daily and I have never been this calm, aggressive in the gym, and horny since my twenties (not as horny as my teens though lol).

As QuadDeuces says, it is theorized that the packaging of food is one of the causes. But we also know that soy drastically lowers testosterone. As does tofu - which also makes the brain smaller, incredible but true.

Soy is now included in a lot of food where you wouldn't imagine it. It is even in baby food. Don't eat it. You don't need it and it lowers testosterone, causing great damage to your body, your energy level and your mood. Lower testosterone also gives you a pudgy, softie face. You'll look like a "bugman," as a new term puts it.

There is a leftist radio station where the men sound like half-women when you hear their voices. Everyone at the station had their testosterone levels tested, and it turned out the men had lower T levels than the women. Bugmen.

Skip soy and do weight lifting, which increases T levels. Large muscles also block stress chemicals from reaching the brain, making you happier, a Swedish research team found.

I think it's lack of hard, physical work. Plus what Bible belt said.

It's weird though, if you look at older men, it seems many of them have bigger frames in general, broader shoulders and that deep voice. That old rugged look. You don't see that much anymore. I don't know if that sort of thing is dependent on the outside environment.

Bottom line IMO, for the 'modern' man, one surefire way to keep T-levels high is to lift weights. Preferably the multi-muscle group lifts, squats, deadlifts, power cleans, etc. Either that or go work construction or on an oil rig. Those guys don't have T-problems.

Off topic - I have this friend of mine who is about as much of a low-T sap male as there is. Very modern and urban centric. He 'feels' as if high T is not useful in the modern world. I'm not wishing ill will on the guy, but it will be quite ironic when his wife leaves him one day. She's pretty damn ugly, she might stick around.

I notice the same things, older man have bigger more masculine frame and often even push harder than 20yrs guys at the gym.

And there's a lack of actual stress (not this anxiety/depression staff) which turning whole generations into unaware of world-around and stuck to screens zombies. Such a way of life completely destroys dopamine regulators and turns almost every teenager into a grayshadow, unable of feeling joy and sadness of actual things (not things made up in weak minds). And quite a solution, as it seems to me, is to keep the adrenaline rushing through your veins as often as you can. Otherwise, your own brain will destroy your Tester on i.e. your manhood. And for the god's sake, somebody will seek for a magic pill, use at least herbal one. My friend was taking this http://hammer-thor.com/. He had a case of erectile problems and they quite fixed it.

I would argue that increased comfort has made the genuine struggle for everyday stuff less necessary. As a result, guys are softer and show less grit.
Further, material affluence among western societies has enabled parents to shield their children from much adversity and hardship, which in turn has made guys less independent. Also, improvements in medicine enable much more people to survive, quite frankly. It is not just the strong that grow up and grow old these days.
Most of these developments are positive overall. But increased wealth and comfort come with negative side effects. I would suppose that lower T is one of these effects.

I would suggest giving your body the best chance to work well by optimising everything that you have control over:

- Workout - Lift heavy and lose body fat -> High body fat is probably one of the most detrimental factors to your T levels

- Move more -> Go for walks, get a bike, have physical hobbies

- Don't watch porn. Go out and meet actual women. If you kill your sex drive by masturbating every time you feel just a tiny bit horny, you will lack the necessary drive to go outside and live life.

- Make sure you do not have any micronutrient deficiencies -> Zinc, Vitamin D and Selenium are especially important here

- Use chemical free, natural shower products, minimize plastic exposure, get a water filter

- Continuously challenge yourself -> Run a 10k, sleep on the floor one night, shower cold, expand your social comfort zone, make yourself a tougher mother****er. Do not become a complacent and lazy sheep. Rather go out there and do some epic ****.

- Learn how to fight -> Highest ROI is probably a series of self-defence classes (best choice is Krav Maga) - I would say that the certainty that you know how to react if someone challenges you physically will do wonders for your self-esteem and make you feel more like a badass. I never realised how much this point bothered me until I started to learn how to fight. I would assume that many men are quietly annoyed by the fact that they get intimidated by other men. Knowing how to choke someone out and realising that your face is not made from porcelain will give you a whole new perspective.

There is so much more you can do if you feel like you have a low T level. Do some research and you can improve.

Yes, low testosterone is one of the common topic but men don’t want to talk about this. Many men even don’t know about testosterone and what does testosterone level plays in human life. Well there are several reasons, which can lead to low T level.

Testosterone is the important factor of sexual function with the effect of both brain and sexual organs. In a study, it has been stated that if men have low T-level then decrease in rigidity of erection, low frequency is seen. So it is important to increase the level and natural ways is one of the effective way to get rid of such problem.

Exactly what i was thinking a few days ago, I think it's fair to say that most blue pill guys that do wake up have to fight to implement red pill psychology into there lives, years of programing is bad enough, and low T levels can only make it harder, people often overlook the power of chemistry on there own behaviors.
Anyone ever try Boron supplements? a study showed a 29% increase in free T, interesting stuff, Boron levels in soil dropped severely after the use of artificial fertilizer.

It's definitely important. You want to be as healthy as you can be - a healthy testosterone level has a big effect on how you "feel" about yourself.

High testosterone's not that great. If you want to know what high testosterone feels like, order some testosterone-enanthate online and shoot yourself in the ass with 200 mg once or twice a week. Your levels will shoot above the measurable level at any lab. Do this for 12 weeks and see how it goes.

Been there done that. What you will get:

- More acne
- More horny (will have to jerk off twice as much)
- More edgy/aggressive
- More hair loss (hair will shed at 2-3x your normal rate)
- More appetite

If this sounds like something you would enjoy, then by all means go for it. I'd rather keep my hair and be calm all day instead of edgy all the time.

I already eat healthy, exercise, and take vit D plus a bit of zinc in my multivitamin. Whatever my test levels are is what they are. There's nothing else I can do to change them naturally, and more absolutely is not always better.

Unless you want to go bald.

Also it's only a "crisis" if you care about the future of the species. Otherwise it's irrelevant.
