Once upon a time in a kingdom far far away, there used to be a very beutiful
princess. The princess had just reached her marrying age, and she had gotten
many many requests from many handsome and rich princes all over the land, but
she couldn't decide.

So her father decided to set up a competition where the candidate princes
would have physical and mental tests that they had to pass to eliminate each
other and the most worthy prince would marry the beautiful princess. Our prince
had also heard of this never before seen beauty, and had decides he should go
see for himself. When he arrived at the kingdom they were allowed to see the
princess from far away but not get near her.

He saw her and her magical beauty almost hypnotized him. He decided that he
was going to win her heart and beat all of the other princes out. After all the
other princes were gathered, and there were many of them, the rules of the
tests were explained. Each prince would go through these test and they would be
scored on their performance. The two princes on the top of the list at the end
of the tests would battle with each other until one of them was defeated.

Our prince was very brave and very smart. He scored the maximum points on many
of the tests thus reaching the first place in the end. Whenever he was in
trouble, he would look at the princess and get even more powerful. At the end it
was just him and the prince in second place who were going to the final battle.
They both got ready with their armor and were ready to fight.
Just before drawing their swords, our prince looked at the audience, and he noticed something he
had not seen before.

He saw a peasant girl who was staring at him from behind her father's back. At
that moment, he realized that this girl was at least as beautiful as the
princess, but she was not a princess, so she didn't have to be earned. He
thought to himself "Is it really worth it to fight and get that beauty over
there, knowing I may die in the battle when I can get this other beauty over here for
free?" Well our prince was not stupid. He knew a good deal when he saw one.

With that in mind he notified the king that he would forefeit the battle and
accept the loss. When it was announced, the whole croud gasped. This guy who had
given it so much, and had secured the first place, now didn't want it anymore.
What happened? The princess asked the king: "Father, why did the prince quit the
battle? Why doesn't he want me anymore? Am I not beautiful enough for him?" And
the king said "No my darling princess, you're the most beautiful girl in the whole
land. The prince is a fool for giving up." But she cried, "Why, why why?"

Meanwhile the prince walked up to the peasant girl, and after asking her
father's permission to speak with her he said: "Hey, would you like to be my
queen" The girl almost fainted from the surprise. "Yes my prince, I would
love to. I'd love to be your queen."

All this time the princess had looked at this situation going on, and asked
the king "Father, why is that prince talking to that peasant girl? He doesn't think
she is more beautiful than me, does he?" And the king said "No my dear princess,
he is a fool for going to that peasant girl and not coming here for you. Lucky
for you there's another handsome prince who would love to make you his queen."
But the princess insisted that she go and talk to the prince down there who was
still talking to the peasant girl.

She ran down there and grabbed him by the arm. "What's the matter??" - he said startled -
"What do you want?" She cried: "Why don't want me any more?" And the prince simled and
replied: "Why I still do, but now I've got more options." as he pointed to the
other girl who seemed amused by the princess' behavior. "If you really want me"
- he said with a sly smile - "you're gonna have to get in line." "But.." - she
said crying - I have more money than she does, I have more jewlery than she
does and I have more servants than se even dreams of." The prince simled from
ear to ear and replied back. "Well I can get any of those things myself, I don't
need anyone to bring them to me. I want a girls who's worthy to become my queen" Then he added: "I'm going to come back here in
one week. If you girls still want me, you have to show up on time. If you're
late, then I'm going to go to another kingdom and find another girl to be my
queen." And he left.

nice nice

If that prince ain't a true DJ, I don't know what is. That was cool how he saw the light in the midst of his pursuit of "beauty," and changed course.

The prince himself became the prize, and the women had no choice but to pursue him.

Beautiful,

mike

Very good. It's amazing how well a story can help get a point across.

LOL :D

Dude, I was only joking. My creativity is not that good yet to produce a book. I'll just write occasionally when I feel like it. But I do belive that if someone actually printed it out, and read it to a two year old boy and then asked the kid what the moral of the story was, you'd be surprised when a few years later you have a mack dady brewing LOL :D
