I just found out a couple I know, know them both, the guy and the girl, have apparently broken up. Both quite mature people, had pictures of each other all over Facebook and Instagram, thought they were one of these couples that would stay together and maybe go on to get engaged or sth, but she broke it off cause "she didn't feel it anymore". Same sh1t my ex pulled about two years ago. We got a bunch of ladies who got no advice and do not care about what they lose, they just go on, bagagge themselves up during their early to mid twenties with relationships that they mostly break for no solid reason whatsoever. Prepare for a wave of these type of women who will only get more desperate as they fall into their late twenties.

With the advent of dating apps and the instant gratification mindset we now live in, it's no wonder why women (and many men) no longer care about the person they're in a relationship with. People seem to value what's now and materialism more than buildings long lasting bonds with other people. As a society, we're heading down hill fast. It will only get worse before we enter recovery mode.

Homo Economicus. There is always something better to be found on the supermarket shelves of the world. But they will find themselves on that shelf in a few year's time.

This kind of thing reflects the complete collapse of a rational/ moral view of the universe. Everyone is a consumer.

Brave New World is the novel for our time. The drug of Soma is social media. You could say that the 'red pill', by which men are supposedly emancipated, is reactionary.

Women can get new cahk any time they want.

Now even women in their late 30’s are doing it. They have a “I don’t need a man” mentality and are just doing their own thing. If they have a bunch of single friends they don’t want to sacrifice their social life for one dude who will have ED within a few years of marriage.

Maybe the official didn't feel reason is made up.
Maybe the future in laws or the guy (money he was making, behaviour), made the girl realize she can do better than him.

I have observed recently, when I reached 40, the HUGE number of women / men that are single near 40.
Maybe one third of women (either single, divorced, separated, etc) are either looking for relationships or entering/exiting relationships like they try out clothes :))

It all boils down to entitlement. We live in an age where we are so pampered and looked after, it's a rare person who understands what joy there is to be had from working for something. People are obsessed with what they deserve, what they're owed, simply by existing in a modern society that protects them. Sadly, I can't see this changing for a long time. Relationships require work and most people don't like work. So they just abandon ship at the first sign of work and rotate endlessly on quick fixes. But the best things in life are carefully and lovingly crafted over time. Nothing worth having comes easy.

Nothing an economic depression won't fix.

That's why it's important to invest less emotionally than the women you get involved with in dating, relationships, marriage.

You literally have to not give a fuk whether she is with you or not and you must project this to her at all times even if you do. The second a woman thinks you can't live without her she will begin to lose attraction. And if you sense a woman begin to pull away emotionally and detach then do not try to turn it around and chase, end it immediately and ruthlessly. She'll respect you for it in the long run and you maintain self dignity.

Word. Women want men who have abundance and have passion for their careers. I’ll always care about my job more than women. My job gives me constant happiness while women don’t.

Being unavailable to women drives them crazy so when you do see them they will be super wet.

There is a sickness in women because a woman decided a relationship was no longer a good fit for her? Relationships start, relationships end, it happens from both partners.

These poisonous threads and their titles are contradictory to the realm of self improvement, placing blame on the environment, and not properly reflecting on the situation.

Her comment is clear as day to me, and the first place I would look is the man.

The changes we are seeing are sociological, psychological, biological.... I often wonder if the younger generations appreciate this. Us that are older are shocked by the accelerated rate of this... I truly pity the new generations living in this Brave New World.....

Yeah thread doesn't really make sense/is a gross exaggeration.

sounds like the op is still not over his ex and he's still mad at her reason for breaking up with him. Seeing this couple break up has
triggered his wound. This is pure projection.

Yes, it did remind of the way she left me. No, it did not trigger my wound, it just triggered a memory and couple that with the perspective I have gained and it is quite easy to see how little relationships mean to people nowadays. 1 or 2 years together and they go apart.

You should sometimes try and have a bit more positivity in your posts. Just a suggestion. You didn't use to be like this LOL

Of course you would. God forbid we ever look at how a women find it easy enough to just send to hell 2 or 3 year relationships in ways they did not really do about 20-30 years ago. God forbid.

They keep on doing **** like this exactly because we never dare to blame the almighty women and hold them accountable.

Self improvement is part of reality and if you don't take into account the factors that make up reality, you will never self improve. There are factors that are out of our control and I am not bitching about them, I am just bringing them to the light in my own way. If it's overtold, I think it's never enough for guys to understand the kind of things they are up against nowadays.

What's the problem? If the chemistry isn't there any longer, move on and find someone more compatible. It's the mature thing to do, rather than going off and cheating. This is a non-issue.

The chemistry? Common, man. They play with this word as they wish. Chemistry is not meant to be there for 2 or 3 years. Chemistry, "love", is the natural hormonal spike you get in order to produce babies. We're supposed to be further that. Or do we just drop everything when it's not "shiny and new" anymore? I mean, these people are heading for self destruction. I know this girl personally, she had a failed relationship from around 19 to 21 years, broke it off. Then this guy, been together for about two years, she's now 24/25. She can only have one more "try" at another relationship and then she's in her late twenties, SMV is going down rapidly. These women are just outta control and have no idea what they're doing.

You don't just drop a 2 year relationship, in my opinion. But they're lazy as ****. People are not fun and at their best all the time. Whichever partner might be going through a hard time and what do you do, leave them right away? Yeah, what a good way of building meaningful relationships in life.

You're trying to mould me into your ideal, aren't you?

are you falling out of love with me?

You see? people change........
Dude...you try and offend anyone with your "opinion" all the time. That;s OK, doesn;t buther me much, it was just a friendly suggestion that you could construct your posts more positively and people understand you better. This way you come off as just someone trynna be the "I know everything guy", always using irony and sarcasm.

Ah fella, that went right over your head, didn't it?

conceptual meaning.

Try read it again. It's related to your op. There's a message there.

Would you happen to be a little on the sensitive side? perhaps lacking a little humor? need to lighten up?

You seem to put yourself in the defensive position a lot.

Go, try again. It's your English comprehension homework.
