I don't subscribe to the idea that all women are untrustworthy while men are trustworthy. IMO the vast majority of men and women are untrustworthy. I've seen many a good friend (or so i thought) try to down talk me to other people, and flirt with girls that I bring back.

Yeah I'd need to see a study breaking OP's game down by gender with a high number of participants. So far he's only provided us with that example. Statistically irrelevant.
