Down here in Charleston, SC it only snows every few years. Even then its only a half inch of so.

Plus, there are all sorts of smoking hot girls with southern accents wearing next to nothing littered all over the streets. If it gets too hot you could always go to the beach (its a classy town, so the beached aren't commercialized, either)

But it does get REALLY hot and humid around this time of year, and lasts until August, at least. But that also means from now until august, all the girls are wearing skimpy skimpy clothes.

Damn, I'm going to walk down the street right now. Later!

Florida is terrible in the summer. The fall and winter are great, but it would be nice to have a change of seasons.

How old do you have to be to become a snowbird? I want to be able to get the hell out of FL between the months of June and August, maybe have a place in Colorado to escape the nasty heat and humidity. Other than that, I'll travel the world and stay a few weeks here and there throughout the year. Sounds like a plan.

yes, and it means "whale's vagina"...
man, that was just a joke by ron burgundy...

actually, the first colonists arrived in San Diego, escorted by sergeant jose ortega of the presidio, in september 26th 1774

1. in 1851, San Diego Herald publishes its first edition.
2. in 1865 there already was an elementary school in san diego...
3. san diego's city first park was planned in 1868

but, as you say, the city was still to be founded by some germans in 1904
