Now this broad, she does quite a bit of the internet dating and happened to meet a guy out of Oldsmar. When Mrs. K and I met this idiot we knew there was something just a bit off (we both have very keen bullsh!t detectors). Something was just not as it should have been.

Thanksgiving - The Karma Krib - Afternoon

We're cooking our collective asses off for family and friends and she sends this numbnutt over to see if we needed help. He sashayed his keester over and I immediately pegged him as gay as he is extremely effeminate and fruity.

Thanksgiving goes well, for the most part, and we get to yesterday.

Mrs. K gets a call from the friends' Dad to come meet him to talk. I'm in the bedroom sleeping and she comes in fvcking furious and upset because the new boyfriend is a convicted SEX OFFENDER in Hillsborough County and we have a 13 year old daughter! The worst part is, THIS CVNT KNEW THE WHOLE TIME ABOUT HIS CONVICTION BUT NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT IT TO US!

He was caught in one of those Dateline style internet stings of men soliciting children for sex. The "girl" this turd thought he was talking to told him she was 15 and hot to trot. Let me mention that we have also found out he is still married to a quadriplegic with a 14 year old son. Through connections Mrs. K has with the cops here in town she was able to get the entire transcript of what this c0cksucker was typing to the undercover agent.

Sickening. Absolutely sickening. Graphically telling her how he has a small c0ck
but that he would love to put it in her virgin butt and other abhorrent blather. He was busted by the Cops when he went and met this "girl" at a McDonalds.

This cvnt knew all of this and still allowed him to be in the vicinity of Li'l K.

So Mrs. K went and threw it down at her and, cvnt being the victim she is, tried to turn it around on everyone else! She has been completely cut off from us which I count as a blessing as she is a fvcking phony ass in any case.

Fathers, what would you do in my situation? Mrs. K is going to the Homeowners Association and advising them that there is a registered sexual predator visiting one of the women in our development. I told her to tread carefully as we could be sued for slander/lible/defamation of character if we do anything above and beyond.

I'm thinking of some things which I will not post due to legal ramifications but more than likely act upon.

I need genuineness and thoughtful retort from you brothers. Step in my shoes for a minute and think about what you would do . . .

Wow your in a pretty tough spot here. I don't know if there is much you can do. I would start by telling your daugher the situation and to be careful of this guy. Also I would distance myself from the attention hor. It would probably be a good idea to report it to the homeowners association and to the police.

Sounds like he is a real creep and hes been busted for being such. He is already a registered sex offender.
But with all things considered, and believe me i'm not trying to defend him here cause I could give two sh!ts anyway, but his sex offense is not nearly as bad as most cases.

He was lured in and trapped by a seemingly (illegal) willing girl. And who knows, maybe "she" sent him pictures and was one of those 15yr olds that look 22 you know... Not that it matters cause illegal is illegal.

Either way I wouldn't put him in the same league as a predator who stalks children after school, kidnaps and rapes his victims..... Maybe he is that kind of guy, but what he was busted for wasn't like that.

Pretty sure you are fine from a legal standpoint. I wanted to go into law for a long time and studied this stuff in college a little bit. You're definitely fine from a libel standpoint as long as you don't write a letter to the editor in your local newspaper, pegging this guy as a creep and a pedophile. As far as slander, I think you'd have to go on a newscast of some sort and call this guy out. For these two claims to hold up in court the defamatory material has to appear in some sort of public, published medium.

Those are the grounds for a defamation suit, which falls under two torts - libel and slander. Truth is the ultimate defense against a defamation claim, and since you are clearly operating within the bounds of truth the guy would have no case against you even if you some how published this info about him. You're also not using his name, and you're not making his identity blatantly clear to us by using details. Those are two huge qualifiers that you aren't fulfilling. I also don't think the medium of the Internet has stood trial under libel in the courts yet, but I need to stop rambling/sounding like a nerd and cut this off now.

In other words I don't think you have to worry about any sort of legal action being taken against you or your wife. He is the fvck head who is touching up on little kids.

We have a neighborhood picnic twice a year - and twice a year I hand out packets with the names and addresses of all the registered offenders in our neighborhood.

This is just the registered ones, not the ones who haven't been caught yet. They like to live by schools, parks, malls, and daycare centers.

I agree. I don't know how old the guy is but to conclude someone is a pedophile you would first have to establish they go for girls well under 13 and who aren't sexually matured. I mean the cop posing as a 15 girl on the internet mostly certain baited and lured him in a way that no real 15 year old would do. Besides at 16 she would've been at the age of consent in most all states. Most of the unfortunate horny losers arrested in stings like this have no criminal past, and probably would never have had any criminal future if not for our out-of-control cops who think they are doing the world a favor by making everyone a sex offender. On the Dateline blog Chris Hansen admits that the decoy is the one who first brings up the topic of sex. But he denies it is entrapment, instead he says it is "enticement"? Whatever. I think it is still crossing the line and making a guy do something he otherwise would not have done. And btw, in the last "sting" the prosecutor refused to charge any of those caught partly because he cannot guarantee the authenticity of the chat logs.

This fool thought he had a chance at a 15 yr old, that as was mentioned he thought was "hot to trot". Whatever parent like to believe, 15 yr old girls aren't innocent little kids in the sexual sense. They walk around with sex bracelets and attend sex parties.
