I'm home for Spring Break and I really don't have much to do except finish some projects, game random women at random places, and read up some info on sosuave.

Most of my friends are white (I'm Black) and they really pump up my self-esteem by saying I'm really classy for a Black guy. I like being suave and all, but when I'm at parties and such, being laid-back and chill does not grab you a lot of attention.

Girls now days feel like they all deserve to have men crawling after their heels without putting effort in themselves, so I still take initiative and approach women as a DJ should. The problem here is that, when you're out on the dance floor... How do you get a girl to dance with you without seeming like another thirsty guy who wants to bang?

P.S. I've had dances before, it's just that my approach was not the smoothest. (or should I say "suavest")

Learn how to dance, I mean really dance not just rocking your hips and moving your feet, take some classes and improve yourself. With that your approaches will be a lot more smooth and your will give off a confident vibe women will find attractive at those type of parties.

It's not the actual dancing that's the problem, it's the approach for a dance. I was just asking for some nice techniques you could use to set yourself apart from the rest (in a crowded setting).

What I am saying is take a real dance class not just to learn how to dance but also because after you start going to these classes you will appear extremely comfortable in those type of party/dance situations. I think that people subconsciously give off vibes, in close spaces, especially when words are not being spoken such as on a dance floor.

I really doubt there are techniques, other than smiling, appearing confident, and comfortable. Also talk to everyone. Introduce yourself to girls/guys when you are away from the dance floor if you don't know the person. I mean you're saying your dance approaches have not been the smoothest, the best thing to do is work on your game...every aspect of it.
