The older I get the more I realize how many things were possible for me when I was younger, but I simply didn't believe in my ability to pull these things off. In all of these cases it was literally the simple lack of self-belief that defeated me. There existed no tangible reason why I couldn't have attempted and achieved any given enterprise.
Let's put our minds together here. I'd like to hear about YOUR insights & methods for developing solid self-belief.
How does one overcome a lack of belief in themselves on a global scale, and how does one overcome a lack of belief in themselves in specific circumstances? Both the macro level of self-doubt and the situation-specific are worthy of discussion here.
