How would we know what bad driving is without women pulling outrageous maneuvers in the middle of the street whilst talking on their cell phone?

Without the bitter, the sweet just ain't as sweet. I'd love to enact laws to formally make women second class citizens. First rights to go would be voting and driving. We could work on the whole "not speaking unless spoken to" thing down the road.
