This post makes YOU sound like an idiot to be Frank. I don't see any of Rescue Missions posts as simply bragging of his successes - he gives good advice in a rather blunt manner (The type I enjoy), then shows how it has impacted his life and given him success. Hard work + result, the perfect lesson on what to do eh? Calling him a braggart is like calling a teacher a braggart.

So what if he makes controversial topics and stirs up debate? That's good. No one would have a clue about what works and what does not without debate. Yeah but who cares what you say. Im sure everyone who posts in that thread isnt some obsessed weirdo who does nothing but MB all day. Its easy to lump everyone into a group of losers when you know nothing about them.

That being said, I probably work out more than you do and spend more time doing my work and honing my craft then anything. And you can argue, well "you're not one of those people I was talking about." But that still doesnt answer why you care about them so much? Them MBing, or trying to stop for the better, isnt physically hurting you or anything. Yeah, there are some weirdos but most people posting in there are normal just like you.

I agree SOME people take it a little too far in there, but that thread helped me from being a guy 16-17 year old guy who MBed everyday to a now 18 year old guy who does it once or twice a week, if that. My life is finally on track, and that thread was a great inspiration.

The masturbation thread is there because people will post about this anyways. This is a MALE SEX FORUM. Inevitably this subject will come up, as it is a (small) part of MALE SEXUALITY. Instead of causing problems with the members here by using censorship, the mods simply move all the junk related to masturbation into one thread in the Archives.

Dictator-like moves such as censorship don't work. Think about what you would do if someone banned your right to say certain things. Wouldn't like that so much would you?

I'm all for freedom of speech and all that jazz. But the freedom to jabber on about abstention from masturbation has run its course and now it's beating a dead horse. That thread is creating a reputation for sosuave, and because it's now immortalized in the archives, it will be one that never dies. People are getting the wrong idea when they come, see the thread the people who post on it and think "Ah so THIS is where I'm going wrong!" No, it's the fact that they have no social skills and couldn't talk a horny fat girl into sleeping with them. They then become obsessed with it, at the detriment of other pursuits to the point where some of the people on that thread have even created a quasi religious cult about the evils of the orgasm.

Should we promote this behaviour? Should people complain about freedom of speech when an AFC gets put in his place for giving AFC advice? Should people be free to spout rubbish all the time and bring down the tone of sosuave?

Subconsciously, masturbation ties in with the release of sexual tension, but we don't really realize that while we masturbate. Men receive great pleasure from that "final moment" where we ejaculate and chemicals get released into our brains.

This "final moment" gets connected in our minds to the girl we're looking at.

By doing this, you are affirming in your mind that this girl can give you intense pleasure, or even greater pleasure than that. In my opinion, this is not the way to keep your sexual power.

I will agree on one thing here. That I feel that I'm looking for intense sexual pleasure everytime I'm seeing a woman, especially after I masturbate on nude women images. If it's a woman walking down the street, whether she is totally dressed up, or even walking with her boyfriend, or walking her baby, then I'm looking at her to try and get stimulation all the time, rather than waving or trying to say hi.

When you look at images and get that fix on the computer, then you start visually looking for that fix in real life and become an oogler.

When you don't masturbate you get REALLY horny. Your body bottles up all those chemicals and hormones and it gives you energy to go out and release them... with a woman. Hence the "sexual energy".

Your mind does the same thing. No porn? You are going to figure out a way to get your fix somehow. Either with a woman or your right hand.

The longer you hold off on this, the more you can make use of this bottled up energy... for whatever you want. Most people here are focused on self improvement.
