The Italian government has pledged billions for small downtrodden businesses.
Small problem; those billions need to move through banks, which are currently operating at 30% efficiency. Result? Most small businesses will disappear before they see a single cent.
What will happen to all that money?
nothing really most of this pledges are just borrowed money, bussiness will have to pay then back, with the same taxes as if they used this as a credit, understand the "help" the goverment is giving is only telling banks to give credit to people who would never get said credit and they WILL have to pay back, so pretty much they are moving the problem to a later date, places will still close, because, news flash,, goverment will still go after you for his taxes, but they will not lower tehy wages, cut costs, and lower the luxury they are used to have, but you, the lower bussiness owner, who pretty much support then, are ****ed, and need to lower you quality of life to keep then going.
with would be pretty fine if they closed all travel to china from start, with they don't now they will give you some rope so you can hung yourself in later date, and with goverment forcing people to close or they will be fined or tossed in jail, you just changed a week of possible dead to months of agonishing dead, pretty much is choose your poison, you are dead anyway
