There was a girl I was interested in at one point, we went out a few places, then she gave me the friends line, so I said I didn't want that so forget me, now she keeps trying to call saying I'm not mature, and surely being friends is better than nothing etc

why is she doing this?

Because you have value to her? If a girl doesn't want to let you go, then you are worth something to her.

BUT, she LJBFed you because you don't have enough value in one catagory to be worth dating. That, or you give up value too readily to her (teethering on being used).

She will stop calling eventually, if i don't have enough value in her eyes to date then....I'm guessing..

Is she seeing someone? Sometimes I do this if I am seeing someone but find a girl very fun to hang out with in a non-sexual and non-romantic way.
