Well, i was watching TV last night, and i flicked to a channel and they just started talking about "The Game" By Neil Strauss. This guy basically made fun of it, and talked about AMOGS and all the other things mentioned in the book, and about opinion openers. There was a panel of guys and girls all discussing the issue about openers, and amogs etc. Basically the word is spreading so watch out for the canned openers etc... These guys where all basically laughing at the idea calling them losers and sh!t  Did anyone see it, i think it was on sbs

I expect...

People will read about this and have a good laugh. The idea of a bunch of computer nerds picking up hot women is so funny, I doubt many people will take this too seriously. There have been articles and such in the past as well. I don't think we're in any real danger of hordes of women "detecting our game".
Furthermore, seduction advice is always in a state of evolution.

I picked up tons of chicks using Anthony Robbins Personal Power advice on motivation/effort/attitude before I ever read a word of advice from the seduction community.

How many guys are really going to go the effort to consistently dress well, remain stylish. remain single, practice the game for hours a day?

I'm aussie, but i never watch SBS. I should more often, southpark + chappell show. but thats getting off topic.

As EWH said, I don't think we're in any real danger.

If anyone was in danger, it'd be the SS type guys, who work on scripts and such. Whereas us sosuave guys are working on the whole package. Basically, we are never in danger, because we are men, becomming better men.

By this I mean we're on a constant "quest" of improvement. Be it our bodies, our minds, our wallets or a combination of them all.

Each day we become a little bit more of a catch. Depending on where you started from, you should be "the catch" within a couple of years, rather then the SS idea of "giving the impression of 'the catch'"

If people dismiss it, that's to our advantage.

Never let them see you coming.

ah the glass house.

I've only watched once.

Dave Hughes and Will Anderson.

No doubt Will Anderson has a fine missus (or does a lot of fine women). He's fairly good looking, in shape, a comedian who hosts his own TV show. Looks, money, funny, mega social proof, confidence - teach him about all this, and explain thats why he has what he has, i doubt he'd disagree.

Dave Hughes has a fine missus. He's ugly, not overly out of shape, a comedian who is involved in many shows. Money, funny, mega social proof, confidence. and again, i'm sure he'll agree.

Its interesting with Dave Hughes, I'm much more familiar with him. He was a virgin at 22 (he's said on his radio show many times.) was a university drop out (IT) suddenly he starts making it big, getting on radio and the like, and hes now 30 something with a good looking 24/25 year old girlfriend. -my boy, I hope you weren't teasing this book. You've taken the path that many of us are taking/attempting to take, only, no one helped you to do it.

I was at this upscale bar in the city, and I heard some guys b!tching about how Indians are stealing their jobs, etc etc. Then this other guy goes, "If you've been improving yourself all these years, not just your specialised technical skills, you won't have a problem getting a job".

Same applies here, I guess. If you've been focusing on canned openers and "tricks", you'll eventually get caught out. But if you've been improving yourself all this time, you'll always been in demand.

such an almost true statement......

I thought this thread was about the the rapper name "game." I no longer use so suave dj type methods. So, it doesnt matter if every hottie in the world discovers the methods in that book, it doesnt apply to me.

The first part was extremely unbelievable. I am on Chapter 3. So far it is just generic stuff you read daily on line.

If you want to talk, talk to your friends. If you want a girl to like you, listen to her, ask questions, and act like you are on the edge of your seat.
