I agree with PN - the "sweet spot" is typically somewhere around the 7" mark for most women. Bigger-than-average but not too big.
Although, that really shouldn't be an issue. Because YOU should be the BOSS, and SHE your potential EMPLOYEE. Does the employee interview the boss...or vice-versa? Does the boss have to worry about his own resume when interviewing prospects?

The larger issue here is not dik size, but various male neuroses due to loss of male power in our society. When the balance is shifted back to our side, female neuroses will simply override all of our own and THOSE will become the issues at play, not OURS.
