The ex is back...soap opera material

ok about a year ago I posted on this site what my situation was.

After a 7 year marriage that left me pretty ****ed up and started going out with a beautiful, younger girl. At that time I didnt know she had a boyfriend.

In a matter of a few weeks she left him and we started a serious relation. She had her own place, but very soon she was spending everynight in my house.

Well, after 6 months I get a big surprise. She is not feeling the relationship anymore and leaves. Before I know it ...you guessed...she is back to the ex.

The guy accepted her KNOWING that she basically jumped from him to me in a matter of days . Not only that, the dude had a gf at that moment , lets call her C and he dumped her to get back to his EX. Amazing.

After she left I was pretty bad for about 2 weeks, I did behave like an AFC and went out and got a big flower arrangement and wrote a letter and mailed it to her work. Oh man, what a fing idiot.

What did I get back? A brief SMS saying:

"thanks but please, dont do it anymore, You are not the man of my life so I am not the woman of your life."

That was it for me. I replied with a simple . OK, have a good life.


Then I started a MEGA 180. Not only a 180 people, a full plan of going back to what I was, a big player in this damn city. And this is where it gets interesting.

A few days after this I already had another girl and I had a friend post a pic on FB. I got a like from my ex almost immediately.

I remained no contact.

For the following months ( christmas to March )
I went through 5 girls. Fast and furious relationships if you can call them that. Then in March I start dating PUBLICLY the guy's ex lol

Yes, people, the girls my ex's ex left to get back to her contacted me and in 2 weeks I was banging her and going out to the same places my ex used to go.

We even saw them together once and I got close to them to say hi to my ex.

I went to shake her hand and she pulled me over to her and kissed me on my cheek , right in front of her ex. Needless to say I felt I had come full circle.

Around that day all hell broke lose. She starts texting me nonstop about how she made a mistake, how she never really stopped loving me etc etc etc.

2 weeks later she dumps the guy for the second time and start a damn campaign to get me back. Flowers, letters, balloons at work, EVERYTHING.

I start seeing her in secret while I keep screwing C ( the guy's ex )...no sex at this point.

She literally does EVERYTHING to get me back, I mean, I have never been so hunted by anybody before.In about July, I dump C and start dating her cousin who is even hotter than C. I will post pics later. Let's call her A.

My ex goes even crazier and she sees me with this tall, beautiful and smart girl who by pure coincidence she also knew and liked!

Well, I am still dating A and seeing my ex plus another 2. At this point we have banged several times and I have seen her cry and be completely sorry by everything that has happened. I had never seen her like this before.

It has been 6 months of this basically.

So even through I was enjoying all this Machiavelli crap for a while it is getting old. It has crossed through my head going back to my ex ( not publicly and NEVER AGAIN LIVING TOGETHER ) but I am not sure.


I could pretty much be dumped once again just like before.

She of course swears it wont happen and tries to sell me this paradise together.

My gut feeling, screw as many girls as I can while I focus on work and nothing more.

But I have to say, i do have feelings for her.

Great story OP and great turn around from afc to super stud. If this doesn't show people the truly fvcked up nature of attraction and its superficiality than nothing will.

Of course it's not you she wants, it what she can't have that she wants, which of course means a life of constant turmoil For her and anyone close to her.

Your 'feelings' are probably also a desire for the excitement and drama that she brings so in this sense you are perfect for each other as she'll certainly give you plenty of drama. Great story though.

Like I said, I have been banging her on the side, I even gave her my cat indefinitely to care of. I was tired of it and didnt have a home for it.

I know getting back with her is now impossible but man, do they play with your heart strings.

I was with her ( starbucks ) about an hour ago and she cried nonstop for an hour. A thousand miles blank stare and a lot of water works.

I truly felt bad for her.

Then I remembered how I felt when she left me. Guys, we are truly the weak sex, not them. I couldnt avoid feeling sorry for her and a bit of love, yeah, love.

At this point in my life I feel like dumping even M and just play the field for another 5 years. I can't get close to anybody. I just cant.

First of all OP well played.

Secondly if a woman if a serial dumper then that is a major red flag and deep down you know if you got back with her that it would be a matter of time until she dumped you again. She's all tears and I love you's now but in 1 year from now she will probably be running back to one of previous ex's again.

My advice would be to cut this girl loose, just because you have genuine feelings for her and she will end up screwing you up again and at 36 you don't need that. Any one of you're plates is a better long term prospect than a serial dumper.

OP your much better if you just start fresh. One of the main problems I've seen when people take their ex back is that at least one person can't get their mind out of the past and it ruins the future.

Not to mention that but this girl you're talking about seems to be all upset because she left you and now she can plainly see your with women who are better than her.

I had an ex play this game and i refused. She was crying and all that crap but not even a week later she was with another guy.

Classic story of wanting what you can't have, as soon as you tell her your willing to give it another chance she will do a 180 and think that she is god and that she can do better than you.

Don't stroke her ego, keep having fun. You'll be much better off with a new girl than that nutjob.

Some things to take away from this...

1. Never ever cry in front of woman. EVER. I know girls say they love a sensitive man...but this is bullish!t. OP didn't cry. She did for manipulation. He had the power here.

2. Never ever send a girl gifts, letters, flowers, whatever, after a break up. They will usually run away.

3. 180's work. If you are the same sniveling dude, a chick will NEVER come back. By becoming different, getting more muscular, getting a new job, moving to a new town, hanging with new people, you grow and become desirable to EVERYONE.

4. Girls usually don't change. I'd say that more than 90% just do the same thing over and over in each new relationship. What does change is that they become better manipulators and find weaker targets to dump their issues onto. The OP should continue to avoid this woman.
