I make observations with people and relationships, and mental health is a strong precursor on how good you are at communicating with others. People who are not good at maintaining relationships or attracting the opposite sex have poor mental health; and often hate themselves.

A lot of this forum seems to be dedicated to mental health issues.

Seems like a very very broad generalization to make. There is some truth in there but trying to paint it with broad brushstrokes like that seems a little overzealous, IMO.

It's broad conceptually because I'm hinting at a principle. There's no separation of mind and body; what goes on in the body goes on in the mind, and visa versa. Your social health, physical health, financial health, ect. are all linked. It's not too important to put in order what set of traits are more potent for being attractive. It's more accurate to look at game, looks, status, money, etc. holistically.

Oh I agree with @Plinco there are some pretty serious pathologies at play with many of the posters these days. The outlandish subjects being discussed sometimes are so off the hook I just skip the whole thread.

I comfort myself by rationalizing it into not being a cross section of manhood - given this forum is not mainstream.

None of us have all the answers. I try to help where I can. I'm no expert at my own relationships. Always learning, and hopefully others can learn from me.

As much as I would like to have something last forever, i'm not forever material.

Do your best, and enjoy the ride. Eventually we all end up at the same place....most of us.

I do wish the mods would delete a few members. It sets the wrong tone. Keeps the good ones away.

Spiritual health is intertwined with the mind/body as well. You could be "well-adjusted" and in good physical health but if there are deeper needs not being met it's going to lead to an existential crisis.

That being said, generally speaking the more "spiritually advanced" a woman is, the bigger pain she'll be to try and get into bed. Better for LTR's though as long as the sex drive is still intact. But the meditation, yoga, etc are stress-relief substitutes for sex. These women won't "need" to phuck.

I have always been good at attracting women and have suffered mental health issues since childhood.

Obviously, social segregation/isolation will affect mental health, but it's its own entity, usually borne from childhood trauma and/or life experiences.
