The definition of a Don Juan

Im curious. In the DJ bible is a glossary of terms but no definition of a Don Juan. So what is the definition of a Don Juan?

But my opinion of a D.J is:
1.) He glows with a aura of confidence
2.) He dominates any room
3.) He talks, people listen
4.) He is always in controle
5.) He doesnt need woman to be happy

2. he will quickly dump a woman who gives him trouble
3. doesn’t suck up to women or put them on pedestals
4. doesn’t let women or people disrespect him.
5. Gets pissed off and isn’t afraid to show it
6. Aren’t afraid to hurt women emotionally.
7. Doesn’t care what others think about him and isn’t looking for approval.

Interesting thought here. You say a Don Juan doesn't need women to be happy. Yet, a Don Juan pretty much always has women. I mean, a true Don Juan will be very socialable, and have women flocking to him. I mean, if you have a 3 month span without any women, thats no big deal. But if it starts going to a year or more, ANY person will start to feel depressed about not getting any a$$. I dont care who you are.

Naturally, a man who has lots of women needs any individual woman less.

A Don Juan does not get pissed off easily. He is not hijacked by his emotions, yelling and blows off steam or kick the sh1t out of everyone. That is more a behaviour of a thug who wants to scare everyone. People do not respect him but fear him. It is only useful tactic if you hang alot on the "mean" streets and bad areas where you do need the mentality of a pitbull.

He should be calm and collected but that does not mean he is a pvssy. If a situation arise where he has to defend himself or others then he should be able to kick ass otherwise if he can, he should avoid the situation or not get himself into those situations.

Although every situation is different and one cannot perscribe "the apporopriate" response to each one.

but we live in a society where men play it too cool and tolerate too much $hit from women and other people

you have to stand up for yourself because no one else will

anger unchecked is of no use i agree

but righteous indignation ie. angry when wronged is a NATURAL REACTION

you need it

keep it in check for sure but you still need this fire on occasion to sort people out

we are taught today as a man YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GET ANGRY. that is not good. we keep bottling up or emotions.

we are told we are not supposed to feel BLAH BLAH BLAH

society is f*cking us up emotionally by denying our natural reactions to situations.

we cannot forget we are men.

I think the quote is just incomplete or needs a little bit of a fixing:

A Don juan is a happy person to begin with and dating women add's to his happiness.
