The 'cute' one or the 'annoying' one?

Hey guys I rarely post, mostly just a reader but as always I have to thank everyone here on the mature forum, you guys are like my collective father/moral compass I never had.

Anyway quick trivial question just to see where I'm at with my game after a hiatus due to stupid decisions. A couple of buddies and me went to a pizza place after a bruins game (yeah we weren't sober) and my one friend who I'll call 'annoying' and my other buddy who was more or less just observing were there talking to the one girl was working the counter and her other friend that was just hanging around (they were 19 and 20 supposedly). I threw in a few negs and reeled back in just the normal stuff acting indifferent etc and my other buddy 'annoying' was just being loud almost as if trying to prove himself, still was funny though.

Anyway 'annoying' and me walked out while my other friend waited for the pizza to finish. He came out and said that they thought my buddy was the annoying one and I was the cute one and asked where we (or was it I?) went?

So I pose the question here guys which one would you want to be? And by the way if you want some more details of how the interaction went I remember a little more I just wanted to see who would be the '*******' and who is the 'nice guy'? And I feel like this is turning into paralysis by analysis but it's just my nature.

You're overanalyzing. When a chick calls you cute, she can either think you're a wussy or she can be really into you. Likewise, when a chick calls you annoying, she can either think you're a pain in the ass or she can think of you as a challenge and be attracted to you.

They're just two words and you can't draw any certain conclusions from them. So stop thinking about this bullsh!t, go back to that place and ask for a phone number. Overthinking SUCKS, action RULES.

If she said you were cute, you should have gone back and gotten her number. You probably could again. I don't think you were getting pegged for "nice guy", and again, "nice guy" can still get laid.

Loud and obnoxious can work with women -- but in the long run that can definitely turn anyone off!

Next time you get a strong IL such as that, go back and get the number! You caught her attention!
