I want bliss. I don't want to 'pop' myself too far out of the system and end stranded up in no-man's land next to the philosophers; of Weininger, Nietzsche, and the like. I'd probably end up moving to Alaska or some place and live immersed in the elements of the wilderness, to focus exclusively on writing, and that's not a fate I fancy right now. I'm already popped out as it is.
Fine.
But you misunderstand what I try to do. I am not trying to 'pop' myself out of the system.
With ALL of thier "popping" out, and philosophizing, the ONLY thing that Weininger and Nietzche have left is OBSERVATIONS.
All the theory stuff, (soulless women, master/slave races, etc.) is just conjectural bullsh*t.
Thier REAL problem is NOT that they are 'popped' out of the system, no, thier REAL problem is that they believe the sh*t that they spew out is Truth itself.
This brings us back around to the 'genius' thing again.
I say the REAL geniuses are the ones with fun lives (eg Camus) and that people who are hermits don't know sh*t, and thier theorys are utter bullsh*t (eg Nietzche.)
I don't think you have to pop yourself out of any system to understand life, on the contrary, the MORE you sit around and think, the LESS you REALLY understand life.
Yes we may be slaves to our d*cks and female sexuality, but man and woman are just HALF of a person. We are slaves to each other. There is nothing horrible about that, is there?
So what there is no such thing as unconditional love? It would be worse if there WAS because we would never be driven to improve ourselves or the world around us, we would never have to enlighten our souls.
The Adam and Eve myth points this out pretty good. Humans first had unconditional love, paradise, etc., but they were stagnant, no progress, nothing to do. So they sabotaged it, and here we are struggling to get back.
But it gives us something to do for the ETERNITY that we will exist.
I guess I could go on all day, but my POINT is that using THINKING as a tool to understand life is pointless, you MUST experience it. Those weepy eyed philosophers (otto weiney) are deluded and understand NOTHING. Distill thier pointless ramblings out and all you get is just observations, facts.
I am sure if Mr. Weininger had actually been with a woman in REAL life rather than just his mind, he would see that he was measuring them with the wrong device, and he would not have been so pessimistic.
Yeah, we can beat our chests all day and say that our job as men is to blaze a path through the world, change nations, make money, etc., etc., etc., blah, blah, blah...
But in the end, none of it matters at all, because we will ALL die, and the world will waist away. Past civilizations that men fought with thier entire beings for, are dust today.
All we have left in the end is experience.
