Im still here The Philippines, Ive lost 20 something pounds by taking up Yoga and Pilates and Im just beginning to enjoy myself.


Honestly I started walking two days in a row and already, Ive had a few interactions for setting up future possible friendships.


I came in looking with a nice attire, a fedora hat, polo shirt and cargo shorts with matching shoes…..honestly, I wish I had a dog to go with me on these early morning walks so I can appear more friendlier.

20 lbs = 10 kg
You lost those simply by eating different foods, meainly none hormone enjected meats. When you come back to you the U.S. you will gain your weight back.

regain weight? probably, those fast food temptations will get to me…and I like to go to a bar and eat a nice steak or a large juicy burger with fries and a cold glass of beer….Lol….

But really, Yoga, Pilates, brisk walking, martial arts/ kung fu keeps me in shape no matter how much junk I eat. I have two to three work out sessions a day, its called raising your junk food immunity and metabolism….lol haha.

Hi Sevbucmash,
The Phillipines has the lousiest food I have ever encountered,seems an invariable routine of Chicken and Rice with a few Herbs and Spices.....They have an enormous Coastline yet I never saw one decent Sea Food Restaurant...fortunately their are a lot of Chinese fast food joints,the food being tasty if not spectacularly healthy.
