Women give credence and value to what men say when the statement triggers some emotion . The actual content in of lesser importance than the impact it makes. IT is all about her FEELINGS or her emotional arousal . I found that women are also aroused (sometimes) by statements whick makes them angry.

THis is why C&F works so well inspite of some women's feigned offense at your boldness.
