How long has it been since we gave the Pareto Principle a good flogging? It's definitely time for a do-over.
Although its application can be much broader, the Pareto Principle is generally taken to mean that 80% of our (positive) results come from 20% of our actions. At the risk of telling you to suck eggs, it also implies that 80% of our actions are largely wasted. Pretty simple stuff, let's get into it:
