Anyone know anything about it? Is the book worth the money?

I just started reading about it, and I'm thinking about switching from the Texas Method to this. I want to start training MMA again and I'm also interested in incorporating one day of strongman-type exercises into my training each week, and it seems like it would be a lot easier to recover with the 5/3/1 template because there's less volume, the workouts would be shorter and you only squat once a week.

I'm starting it as well. I have the layout in my log. Give me a shout if you cant find stuff you want to know. Wendler talks about it in his log a lot though, so there is a lot there. If you can, I'd buy the book of elitefts for $20. I've heard very good things about it.

Nice, I will check out your log. I've decided to start this tomorrow rather than today, just worked out what I'm going to do.
