Anyone know anything about it? Is the book worth the money?
I just started reading about it, and I'm thinking about switching from the Texas Method to this. I want to start training MMA again and I'm also interested in incorporating one day of strongman-type exercises into my training each week, and it seems like it would be a lot easier to recover with the 5/3/1 template because there's less volume, the workouts would be shorter and you only squat once a week.
