-These are softmaxxes which are significantly harder to fix then other softmaxxes. I would HIGHLY suggest that you fix these one at a time. Otherwise you will overwhelm yourself and risk stopping your ascension

Overweight-Go here: (https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html) and find out how many calories you should eat a day to lose weight
-Loosely count your calories and drink alot of water when your hungry
(Optional) Buy a scale and track your weight

Poor PostureGo here (https://www.lifehack.org/681026/exercises-to-improve-posture) and preform the routine daily (feel free to find a different routine if you want). If you have a special condition like anterior pelvic tilt or rounded shoulders make sure you get a routine that targets those issues.
(Optional) Buy a brace to force yourself to have good posture

I don't have a job so what should I do?
If you don't have a job you won't be able to preform most softmaxxes. However you can perform the hardest softmax which is improving your body. You should focus on 1. Losing weight via a calorie deficit then 2. Achieving perfect posture and 3. Follow a no equipment strength routine (in that order)

You didn't include X Y and Z softmax why?
I didn't include some softmaxxes because I believed they were "1. Very autistic 2. May not even work or 3. Gave an insignificant effect".
If your curious about what softmaxxes I didn't include here is the list: (Fragrance maxxing, Mouth widening, Chewing, Mewing, Cheek biting, Squinching (not to be confused with squinting), Gravity boots and stretches for height, Bonesmashing, Ice hooding, Tattoos, Fashion maxxing, Jutting.)

(All his youtube videos/podcasts are listed on his website).. The guy is a straight G! Super knowledgeable, world class in his field imo.

Calories in/calories out isn't that simple. In my case, I usually have to ensure I am eating 300-500 calories more than those calculators suggest to lose weight.

I can guarantee there is a small bit significant portion of people who follow those recommendations to a T and their scale goes nowhere for a month or more until they figure that out.

The more active you are the more true this is.

Yep Huberman knos his stuff, usually have his podcasts playing once or twice a week
