That Awkward Moment....

Just a quick idea I had that I thought I'd share with everyone to benefit the DJ society here. Everyone knows that awkward moment you have when you come to the end of a first date with a girl (or guy?...). You go for a hug and want to kiss her but don't know how to articulate it, if only there was a simple line you could say that would subtly yet effectivly get your desire across. Well I've come up with just that, when that moment comes at the end of the date just say "So do I get a first date kiss?". Putting her on the spot like this will almost garuantee a kiss, its worked flawlessly the 3 times i've used it and I'll be using it in the future.

I just look her in the eye and go in for the damn thing, usually followed by a goodbye of some sort. Kissing is easy if you don't think about it.

Exactly mate, this is one of those things you just don't have to ask, just DO it! Forget asking for permission, that makes you look like a wuss, OP, thats weak sauce dude.

Very true, most of the time I just go in for the kiss aswell however every date is different, you have to act in accordance with the circumstances you're in. Obviously you don't need to say this everytime, everydate and many times just going in for the kiss is a much better move. However many times your in a situation with a girl where just going for it may not by the best tactical decision, in which case I use that line. I find that in some cases (NDJ and Jack Wealthy's for example) it is better to use a line to pre-empt the kiss, it certainly worked for them. Also when "asking" (as Jack Wealthy said) you shouldn't really be asking at all, you should have that confidence about you where your tone and body language have already decided that your going to kiss her.
