Well 1stly, why cant u say "i love you too?" .. there is nothing wrong with saying that to her. (if u DO love her)

and secondly, a far better reply if u REALLY dont want to say "i love you too" would be "awww, thats so sweet of you my baby *kiss her* you are so special to me, never forget that" ... Or something along those lines.

Man. If she said "I love you", and you think the relationship is dying out, I think you're in a world of trouble. If either party doesn't feel the same way, and it's been a considerable amount of time, (you decided what "considerable" means), then I think it's time to break up. Why waste your time in a relationship where you don't love the girl?
I don't know if any of you guys agree with this, but I think that after about 4-5 months, (or if you really do love her), you are going to have to tell her sometime. I've known girls that simply won't say it first since they've been hurt so bad in past. You may as well say it first after a long period of time, because either way, you then have good reason to either breakup or take it to the next level. If she doesn't say it back, you know it's probably time to end it. If she's reluctant but says it, you know it's probably time to end it. If she's ecstatic, then bingo, you know you can take it to the next level.
Many will probably disagree, but this is just what I believe. It comes from the saying, "Why waste your time in a relationship where the other person doesn't really love you?".

This was on MSN i know her from real life not the net. Its strange that she just came out and said that i mean i have been talking to her for months now on phone and MSN just being myself now she comes out and says she has "strong feelings"

She lives in a diffrent state but she is moving here at the end of this year. I basicly said to her:
