Forgetting to tell a girl time is a good way to confirm a date without looking like you are confirming the date.

Ideally you want to contact her the day before or the morning of with the time.

You can just text 4pm or you can add something flirty like wear your sexiest dress, or if you are playing pool Be there at 4pm and get ready to have your ass whipped.

Bad, bad and more bad.

1) You always tell the exact time and place. Ideally you will be going with or without her. For example: "I'll be at Joe's Crab Shack this Thursday at 7pm if you'd like to join me".
2) You never want to confirm the date after.
3) You never send date reminders.
4) You never contact them first the day of the date. If she forgot the date, she isn't that into you. Ideally she'll text at 10am and say "I'm braiding my hair for you. See you soon, my love".

And you are wrong once again, surprise.

Adaptability is an extremely important skill to have. Being repetitive and doing the exact thing is boring and kills tension.

Yes, a guy should give the date, time, and place in most circumstances.

Giving a woman a time later isn't confirming it doubles as a flake check and a way to spike interest by alleviating a woman's fear that you forgot the date or you yourself won't flake.

Yeah, the first time a woman says that **** will be the first. This isn't Medeval England.

Ideally, yes set the date, place, and time in advance, but if you can't adapt to the landscape you'll miss out

That thing about you ideally going to be there with or without her and saying I'll be somewhere if you wanna join... it sounds like a pretty cool approach I wanted to try and one that I often hear recommended online but when I actually think about it... isn't that implying that you just go to bars or restaurants alone like some loser or creep? And if you do have friends there, it's not going to be a date, unless you get them to leave right before it. Maybe this works for just casual hanging out and getting to know each other before delving into one on one dating? Which I feel like some people here would warn against since it may put you in a friend zone.

I realize I do need to get cooler or nicer friends to hang with in drinking establishments or whatever that don't turn the girl off if she meets them.

This is true, if you're a the type of beta male who needs 3 high school friends with him at all times.

An alpha male enjoys being alone. Loneliness is fear of oneself.

I see. It's all a matter of mentality or framing then, first and foremost.

It's hard to change and shake off that old feeling. I honestly do go grab lunch or occasionally even dinner alone in a big metro area, especially if that's what works time-wise. But I still feel a bit weird about it, especially if done in the evenings, cause in high school and college, where social status mattered, if you were seen like that, it was really embarrassing... it's more how others perceive you than actual fear of loneliness in my case; I feel comfortable by myself but in some settings it just looks weird to others. I got used to it over time since I'm now in a big city, and it's not likely anyone's going to see you again and things are more impersonal. Wouldn't do that back in my small hometown though.

It takes a real abundance mentality; and a lot of confidence to set up dates with women in the way that bigneil posted. Being bold and having her respond to it positively usually leads to the least apprehension as the escalation continues in the relationship.

It's an efficient way to gauge a girls interest level...and create even more attraction in the process.
