Oh yeah and I will add that the guys you know probably have got bigger due to their diets and workouts. Unless they had a deficiency due to poor nutrition is it likely they would have made the same gains without the supplements. It's easy to get caught up in all the hype and looking for something so you can get the best out of yourself I know. I'm not going to worry about supplements, apart from protein shakes if I can't fit meals in, untill I pack on some muscle and know my body better.

Yeah i agree, focusing on never missing meals and getting stronger will get you a lot bigger than zma.

I know there has been alot of debate about trib terrestris but in my own experience i started out at 155lbs working out.

1st month on trib - 160lbs
2nd month on trib - 172lbs
3rd month on trib - 198lbs
4th month on trib - 222lbs


I swear to god. I was taking a product called T-bomb II. It contains trib with some added nutrients, not a pro hormone. I didnt cycle it right but i got these results.

It supposed to be 1 month on 1 off. I did 4 on 2 off. My bench press went up from 200lbs (max) to 315lbs (max) at the end of the 4th month.

It has awful side effects though. Just so the op knows (and whoever else is interested), if you want to take test then be prepared for the greatness but plan for side effects.

If you want better sleep, then make sure you do physical activity through out the day and eat lots of solid food. Make sure your room is pitch black and silent with a comfortable room temperature.

Not at all

For one, my girlfriend at the time hated it because i could never get my **** hard, i hated it to ofc.

Second, i got man titties, gyno is what its called (google if youve never heard of it it sucks)

Third, i was a *******, kinda mean to people occasionally and did stuff without even thinking like smacking girls in the back of the head for doing stupid stuff (thats when i stopped taking it)

Fourth, I put on alot of fat and i got to where i could do so much weight that i ended up injuring my joints and stuff. My elbows and knees. I would tear alot of muscles (this was mainly my own fault but i didnt think my muscle could exceed my joints so newb mistake)

Thats basically it though, it makes you want to fight alot, no acne ever though, so that was a plus. It might not have those effects on you though. Everybody it diffrent. Are you planning on trying it out?
