any of you guys know how to max testosterone to production in you body naturally... after i found out about the testosterone... i notice that the only i way i can feel the rush or something is when im with a really beautiful girl and i embrace it... But I want testosterone GIRL or no girl... I dont want to put myself in danger or anything... and i dont want to do sqaut is hard ****... do you guys know how to max it maybe like i can eat an herb or something... so action would be such a hard time... i feel lazy most of the time... thats why its hard for me... :kick: :trouble: :rockon:

workout, yeah I know u prob feel too lazy to workout now but u gotta force yourself, then it will change quick.

Working out is a ***** for some reason... I can keep it consistent. im thinking maybe taking some testosterone for like a week will make working out natural,,, know what i mean

most likely you aren't eating enough and you are also eating unhealthy foods

weight lifting is very hard on your body and you need lots of good food to help recover

I cant do it, I'm a women, I'm crying right now, I didn't want to squat it will hurt my delicate frame, I'm too scared to be a man. :cry:

Tips on increasing testosterone.

1. borrow out some Dragonball z, ufc and the terminator dvd's
2. Sleep around 8hours
3. Have a good diet high in good fats and protein.
4. get in a fight(preferably at a martial arts gym)
5. masturbate once a week
6. get some zinc
7. buy a boxing bag
8. stop listening to love songs.
9. Go hunting
10. buy a motorbike
11. lift weights like your life depends on it. SQUAT

In no particular order

Do not take supplements. They will reduce the amount your body produces.

Stop saying sh!t like. I can't, I'm too lazy

Being lazy is a state of mind, it doesn't stop you from doing anything

Get an mp3 player. put some Rage Against the Machine on when you work out. Or what ever.

Just stop winging like a little girl for god sake.

Yeah,realize everytime you lift the weight,you make yourself stronger. Everytime you eat a decent amount of protein you help yourself to grow muscular wise. It's up to you,dont look at steroids/supplements until you get it in your head that exercising and eating healthy is one of the best things that you can do for yourself.

Push yourself harder in the gym and a whole new world will open up. You will feel more confident for no apparent reason. After putting in a few months you will start to gain some muscle,thus raising your confidence/sexual appeal to others. Then it just escalates from there,you become more and more what everyone else wants & desires but is to lasy to do.

Yeah so it's hard,get used to it,start out with the bar only if you have to. Squatting is essential to your workout!

i feel lazy most of the time... thats why its hard for me...

So does every other lasy person in this world. It comes down to what you want to be/be seen as,do you want to be one of those skinny or fat people wanting to lose weight, or one of those skinny or fat people that are actually losing weight or gaining muscle?

It's all up to you and your desire!

your desire to become a djm must be strong enough to overcome mental laziness and the love of ease... I just want to see if i can go around this principle... but i guess its better to go at it head on(laziness and the love of ease)

Squats have been part of my workout for years now, but only recently have I been doing that 20-squat hi-rep stuff about twice a month...let me tell ya, the rise I get from that is indescribable.

What I'm saying is, if this mental and physical high you experience from lifting isn't enough for you, you don't deserve the extra testosterone! :crackup:

What do you have againsted hunting? Do you eat meat? Hunting is the job of the man. And game meat tasts alot better than cow.

all you need to worry about is sticking to the big lifts:

squats
deadlifts
bench press
pull-ups
dips
military press
rows

I have a friend who is jacked and he doesn't do anything but squat, bench, and deadlift. These three lifts work nearly every muscle in your body.
