What are you saying? Am I the only one that doesn't get what he's saying here?

You look old because in part because of the receding hairline... and the hairstyle you've got with it. It just screams "I'm 42."

Your face looks droopy... like you're tired all the time. And you have some light eye rings?

Not sure, the picture's kind of blurry.

But you don't look energetic (young).

I'm sure the caffeine doesn't help. After awhile your body gets used to the stuff and it no longer provides that energetic high. After awhile you actually need the caffeine to feel what used to be normal before, otherwise you;re tired all the time. I'm sure that's having an impact if you're a regular drinker.

There's lots of room for improvement and with some changes you can get rid of that "I'm 42" look no problem.

You also look old because you look like a camp counselor in the pictures the way your dressed.

I also, dont want to make you self conscious but your body shape is more of a pear. When you exercise and put on more muscle your body shape will change where your shoulders will appear wider than your stomach and hips.

The hairstyle is bad, but unless the scar is that bad looking, it shouldn't really matter all that much for getting girls. But if you can think of a way to conceal it, you might want to consider it.

You also don't want to act old. If people are telling you, you look old it may be in your personality a bit as well. Just be energetic like allegory said and always down to motivate. Just think, wouldn't an energetic 28 year old be in the gym lifting and improving themselves, then get your butt in there and work at it!

There are four things that make a man look old

1) HAIR (Gray, receding, style)
2) WEIGHT (Face, belly area, more lean muscle more younger youthful appearence)
3) CLOTHES (TOO LOOSE, tucked in, dockers, socks with sandals, etc.)
4) POSTURE (slouching, looking down, basic body language shows confidence)

Read this four times, make the changes. Scars are seen by others if you see them yourself. Stop being a fuvking ***** and do those four things.

The things that make you look older are changeable

• Receding hairline (shave it all)
• Stern facial expression (smile, loosen up)
• Homer-like physique (get in shape)
• Dead eyes*

* There is no life or spark in them, as if all the joy of youth has long been vanquished by a life of predictable routine. You look as defeated as my dad after he got fired from his sh*tty job last year. He's 57 and miserable overall.

As for the scar, I wouldn't be too concerned - chicks dig 'em. I have one on my face from a car accident, sometimes I make up funny or outrageous stories about it before telling the boring truth. (how did you get it btw?) It's definitely a selling point for your masculinity. Better to be rough around the edges than too polished and perfect.

If the scar is hideous and provokes crying from young children or spontaneous vomiting from adults I'd probably try to hide it, but I doubt it's that bad.

Diet and a routine change will perk him up with energy and get rid of that dead look.

3 times a week in the gym, and complex carbohydrates, good proteins, moderate to little fat in the diet and plenty of vegetables. Of course, limit the junk foods and white flours and sugars.

Guaranteed to make a positive difference in a week.

The face is good. You have a tough eastern european face. A lot of women like that. Just shave your head with a razor or cut it with a 0 guard.

The body needs a lot of work. Hit the weights hard. Make sure you use good form, an injury can set you back months. If you need help with your body, send me a pm.

To tell the truth it's not actually the scar part that bothers me. I just call it a scar because I don't know what else to call it

I ran into a tree while I was sledding as a kid (it was on ice). I fractured my skull and a blood clot formed on my brain. The doctors did surgury and removed the clot, but before the swelling went down one of the clips holding the piece of skull they had to take out to get to my brain broke and hung down where the clot had been. The clot was the size of a softball when they got it out so there was nothing holding it in place from underneath so it kind of hung there. We found it when the swelling went down after a month, and the doctors said it would be an easy fix at that point, just put me back under cut the stiches and fix the problem.

But my mother refused to give consent for it. I have no idea why. I remember begging her for a couple of years to give the ok for it, the insurance company would have covered it as fixing malpractice or something like that, but she never did.

When I turned 18 and had legal control over myself I went to see about getting it fixed, but the bone and steel have interlaced making it much harder to fix than it would have been when I was 11. My insurance told me I had waited too long and they wouldn't cover it because at that point it is cosmetic

ok everything has been addressed. if your 28, get some more colourful clothes. i dunno whats popular. but hey, try for sophiscated but not like nerdy.

do yoga, it will cure most of ur "problems". ur posture becomes alot better, the bags under your eyes are lighter. you become more "fit". do that and go to the gym.

but most of all, learn to love yourself, you know. smile more, why so serious :D

Don't forget to train your legs/ back :)...A good idea would be to do exercises that require you to stand up a lot..e.g. standing military/db presses, standing lateral raises, free weight squatting , deadlifts, stiff legged deadlifts....

Just work on your posture issues though if you have some, don't want you getting injured...

Strictly for clinical purposes. Get your mind out of the gutter.

Just wanted to see how much his chest is developed. If it is tight. If there is a nice hard cut to it. The smoothness. The skin tone. Totally clinical. If you can't tell I suspect you might be the gay one.

BTW, stretched out on a waterbed with boxers on wouldn't hurt either.
