Talking about ex's

I was hanging out with this one girl. She never talks about personal stuff with me, and I seriously doubt I'm in the friend zone. Until yesterday.

She started talking about her ex's, and how hot certain guys were. But I also talk to a lot of girls (because I'm working on my DJ skills ), so she might be trying to make me jealous.

What do you guys think? Is talking about ex's a bad sign? I've heard it can happen on first dates, but I've never had it happen to me.

On the first couple of dates you are being compared to the ex. That's only natural. If he was really hot and she is still interested in you, take it as a compliment.

Also, it's good in a way for her to talk about her ex's good points with you because she will associate you with things she likes.

However, if it becomes a pattern, it generally means they like still the ex more (or are still seeing him on the side). That happened to me and the relationship was awful.

At some point you have to tell them not to talk about him anymore. This can work for or against you depending on her interest level in you.

Your gut is usually right, she is testing you to see how you react to her complimenting other guys. Laugh it off, ignore it, look at her like she is being cute pointing out how hot other guys are when she is totally in love with you.

Do what works for you.
